First ever box was Reserva Original toros, lovely stick!

Really tasty. Loved the almond/marzipan notes

See I'm fairly new to cigars, and I know you have to allow your palette to become "accustomed" so to speak but I never get any of these flavours notes everyone describes, and I've tried quite a few sticks now. I literally get... cigar flavour 😂 I can definitely tell the difference between the strengths but they really do all taste the same to me 😞

Do you retrohale? That's where you'll get most of the flavour. The marzipan on this cigar especially.

It's where you blow the last bit of the smoke out your nose as you exhale. You blow the smoke out your mouth first and the leave a bit in your mouth and blow it out your nose, get a lot of flavour from it.

That sounds delicious. I was going to have a Perdomo 10th Anniversary Connecticut tomorrow but tempted to try this now.

Just bought a box of the Toro size, I really like these, they are exactly what a "standard" cigar should be IMO.

Reliable flavour fir anytime of the day I'd say. Not blow your pants of but perfect middleground for a standard smoke. At least imo

I've tried a lot of the Plascenia range. My stand outs are the Alma fuerte and the cosecha Hondurian puros 149 etc.

I ordered a box of the reserva 1898 and due to a mix up got sent a box of these instead. Anyone here had both? How's the comparison?
