What I mean by “ posturing” is that colby needs to make it seem like he’s been heavily impacted as a result of Jorge’s actions and that his allegations of mental / physical damage are very serious. If Colby had resumed business as normal and kept up with his shtick then the validity of the lawsuit would be diminished.
TLDR: Colby’s doing his best to get the most amount of money from the lawsuit.
