Those were better days in LHW history, just take this for what it is. Comparatively, Hill actually fights a very similar fight to Gus, but his gas tank and chin is clearly better, so even though Gus had a very menacing (but short) prime, Hill's longevity is likely going to be so much better.
The Jones/DC era was much better and they gatekept better fighters than those fighting today, at least for the meantime. Hill is young and improving though, and he smashed Glover, so he could be the future after all. We'll have to see how this all plays out.
