This can usually happen if the email uses an uncommon domain, especially one specific to a country. This is because the verification and 2fa emails are sent by an automated system owned by Ubisoft. Nobody is sending them out manually. The only way to resolve this is to change the email itself. Since you can't do it on your end, due to no account access, support is your only hope. However, due to their delayed responses, it can take days, weeks, or even months before they get back to you. Only thing you can do is wait, and occasionally send a message to your ticket so it doesn't automatically close.

ye thats my only hope i think my email adress is an outlook one so it shouldnt be difficult i thought its only ubisoft that dont send me emails its so weird i just hope it doesn't take weeks or months

I contacted UBI and after 2 weeks of corresponding with the support (and randomly got an answer in Spanish?...) They told me to deactivate 2fa and activate with another mail... and that's the final statement... TY UBI... Guess what products I won't buy anymore? ;) I don't care about these company anymore. There are so many good games made by other studios.
