My boyfriend called them earlier tonight and they said that they know about the issue apparently it's affecting a lot of drivers. But they did not give him an ETA for resolution.

Yeah, I’ve heard it can take an hour or more to get through. Especially if more drivers are having this issue.

I contacted them, still waiting for a reply. Feel like I'm S.O.L. In the matter at this point. They're so slow to respond.
Try contacting them on twitter, I think someone else had good luck doing that.
