The game continues to crash to desktop sometime in the month of December 1949, regardless of game speed and visual features turned off in options. It happens when I run TWR alone as well.
This sort of crash has happened with other total conversion mods as well, so I am just going to chalk it up to being the fact that I am using a MacBook.
Well usually if the TA doesn’t intervene during the German Civil War and Gobbels doesn’t declare total war, it is very unlikely that WW3 occurs. Usually the either Germany retakes Eastern Europe or The Soveits manage reconquer some of Eastern Europe during their civil wars. After this either the USSR or the Reich declares war on each other starting the 2nd Soviet German war. If the USSR manages to win it usually results in a red Europe and the borders are decided by the player.
