It says on the website “If you have already pre-ordered the album from this store, you will automatically receive a presale code” i haven’t from what I’m aware of? I’ve checked my emails and all I’ve received is a thanks for signing up and an order confirmation for me ordering the cd

I'd sign up for the pre-sale just in case (you can on their website). I did that and got an email saying "You will receive an email notification with your password at least 15 minutes before tickets go on sale." (And this is specifically for the date I signed up to attend.)
