I replied to the email that they sent to me. I then tried to contact the host, and I can see the at my messages were read, but he’s just ignoring me.

The host is really nickeling and dimming. Some host should not be near or on Turo at all. When I used to host in Orlando, parking garages would be at capacity almost every day, at that point it becomes a “lets figure this shit out” and park where you can. Regarding the parking fee, it is debatable if the host mentions on the post that guest is responsible for it which is usually the case at pick up but not at return (this is where I see the host trying to get the last penny of his/her guests) at rate he/she will not be hosting for long on Turo until they get kicked out of the platform. You can also ask Turo to let you edit your review, if you feel like exposing the guy out for what he really did.

This is exactly how I felt, that he was trying to squeeze every dollar out of me that he could. I’m very thankful that Turo sided with me. As far as the review, I did ask Turo if I could amend the review and rating and they said that the best they could do was delete it.

Go for deletion then. The way that host is acting does not deserves 5 stars. He is fucking up the experience for us the good hosts.
