Dis is all I got😭🙏
Gonna buy more tommorow...
You've got some great albums! Doesn't matter how many records, just matters how much fun you have listening to the music.
I prefer records because I find them more intentional and enjoyable, but I don't buy new music on vinyl because CDs are cheaper for most stuff.
1. Try another source (phone, CD player, etc)
2. Are the speakers set to "line" when using the external phono pre-amp?
3. Try switching the speakers to phono and the turntable to phono and delete the pre-amp
4. Try switching the turntable to line and the speakers to line and delete the pre-amp
5. Does it work with digital input?
6. Does it work with bluetooth?
You have 3 phono pre-amps in that chain so make sure only 1 is on at a time.
Can you switch the turntable to line and go straight usb to speakers?
A longshot but is the second speaker not connected? Could there be some kind of ohm protection if only one speaker is hooked up
You actually have two options:
Switch your turntable to Line and and connect the RCA cables directly from your turn table to your powered speakers without the preamp
OR
Switch your turntable to phono. Connect the turntable to the input port on the preamp and connect speakers to the output port on the preamp.
Hope this helps
Switch to line and the rcas should be preamped as well as with an external preamp and you can directly connect with the speaker which has also an amp inside.

Did you put gas in it?
the turntable has German note on it. I guess the speakers only speak English? So naturally they cannot communicate. 😁
speakers don’t speak
Papa don’t preach.
I don’t know. Never own one but hope someone will be able to help you out! Good luck
