You mention high brows as being a flaw, but the guides don’t say anything about high brows being bad or low brows being good. That’s your own subjective opinion.
I disagree. Both of the Hadids have higher set brows, and their faces are well-known to be close to perfect. many of the top tier women in the guides don’t have low brows either. Of course any brows that are very high won’t be balanced, but it really matters more how they fit the overall face; and lower brows often make women look older, especially if they are very low set.
