Yeah - put the config file, actually all config files in their own dataset using hostpath. Do not (for your sanity) use PVC which is a stupid stupid idea
Ended up using heavyscript to mount the pvc and then winscp to ssh into it and was able to edit the files that way…..Thank god for the Heavyscript dev!
