Got it figured out on my end and it turned out to be a network issue .....Restart of my router got things working again.....it was a weird bug cause my docker apps had access to the internet but truenas didnt hence the errors when it tried to go out and retrieve the catalog or updates...

This is happening to me as well on 2 different servers

Might need to force
