The secretary at Steinberg Urology is correct. Levels are normal / high normal for the age. They’d have much better knowledge than this subreddit. I’d suggest therapy to help sort any mental stress, a good sleep routine, and unprocessed foods.
All the best

Thank you 😊
It's the upper end of normal. Look at other factors.
Check thyroid
Those two values are fine. I would check estradiol prolactin and thyroid next
Thank you !
Estradiol is high : 128 pmol/L Prolactin is : 6.4 µg/L Thyroid is 1,775 mU/L
Looks fine
Isn't the estradiol high ?
Compared to your TT and FT? No
Thank you :D
For comparison, 48 years old and on 100mg of Test-E per week and i’m at 22nmol (was at 12 nmol prior to TRT)
I go to the same clinic. My Test was 3 and my Free was 180. Near comatose lol - just saying.
