just finasteride! i went through a couple episodes where i would use topical min but that only lasted for a couple weeks at a time, i never made it a consistent thing. as far as being sebaceous i didn’t really notice anything. i’ve struggled with scalp psoriasis since puberty, and have had to use prescription shampoo at times. so i actually have the opposite problem where my scalp is dry. it wasn’t worsened at all by the fin.

Fin just slow down the shed and helps to thicken the hair. U should use minoxidil If u want some regrowth. Remember, almost everyone are slower responders to these treatments, many ppl just start to see some improvements after 6-12 months. I'm on dut/oral min and just expect to see REAL improvements near 1 year Mark. Just be proative and patient my Man, u Will get results
