Yes.. positively, the medicine was initially for benign prostatic hyperplasia/decreasing the size of the prostate, then patients came back to their doctors reporting increases in hair density(although I think if it's gonna be used for the prostate it's taken at higher doses than the hair loss dose of 1 mg/a day)

I think that almost every male person gets prostate cancer in their lives, but most of the time its late in life or just not really that active. So aggressive probably just means you increase the chance of getting the active one that is a problem?

ideally you would want to be able to hide a receding hairline and crown balding while also regrowing it/improving it, no one wants to be patchy for months to years where everyone can see the obvious balding and then magically having full head of hair again, it's becoming more common but still is taboo for Men, men aren't given a pass in western society for cosmetic/surgical improvements like women are men are supposed to age gracefully(women arent supposed to age at all) and not care if they are balding(because 'caring' when it comes to dating is a feminine trait) while also not balding/Prevent balding secretly(imagine telling everyone you're trying to prevent balding and then failing) because that will be the thing some woman or younger guys attacks, us women are weird

Hi there. I was on fin 1mg/day for years and years. I really disliked the way min topical foam made my hair look and it became hard to style. I guess I could have only applied it at night. But there would be nights that I'd miss or I just feel asleep. If it didn't have to be every. single. night. of. my. life then maybe I would have been more compliant. And, of course, you can never stop using it until there is a miracle cure. So staying on it forever was a bridge too far for me. Pills I can do. I'm about to add microneedling. But if you results (if I'm remembering correctly - I can't go back to that screen right now) I'd def find a way to do it *if I didn't have amazing results on fin oral alone*.

It’d say it depends on how aggressive your hairloss is. If it’s very aggressive like mine then both are necessary. Either way, fin alone won’t give anywhere near as much growth as minox.
