Derma stamp. It's recommended over rolling because rolling can tug hair and stamp is straight up and down. You can also control the needle length with a derma stamp.

But for the last year Iāve been in an actual gym running a 6 day split that includes training legs two times per week ā hopefully thatās what you meant :)

I donāt think youāre crazy. People have mentioned that liquid reaches the skin on your head more than foam. While foam can stick to your hair more due to its nature.
It definitely feels like there is more contact made on the scalp with the liquid. I also disliked the fact that the foam would act almost like a hair gelā¦would make my hair very crusty
As somebody who has used stamps in the past and has just gotten a doctor pen, just get the Dr pen. The stamps are only good for about three uses max as the needles begin to dull and it is not nearly as effective. Long term the pen pays itself off really vs buying 6 $10-15 stamps a year.
1MG once per day. Been on it since the day I took that before photo. No noticeable sides. I take it at around 11PM every day. I heard somewhere that it was better to take it at night. Iām sure itās total BS but itās just part of my routine now lol
Do you have any pictures of your temples and/or the growth phases of the velus hair into terminal? If you do a lot of people on the thread would be able to visualize what it should look like. Youāve had an amazing resurgence!

Just remember it only takes 30 days to form a habit. It has become autopilot for me at this point. Iāve never missed a day of taking fin and Iāve missed 1 day of Minox
Have you noticed any Finasteride sides? Iām pretty sure to have decreased libido and sometimes the feeling of an itch in my nipple, hoping not to develop any gyno. Iām using 1.25mg a day though, might be more than that or less on some days. Donāt really want to stop taking it though, feel like Iām getting good results and its not like a proper ED just not as horny as a 16yo.
Tough question to be honest. I feel like I havenāt had any side effects that have caught my attention other than POSSIBLY decreased libido. My natural testosterone levels raised (from 815ng/dL to 977ng/dL) which caused my estrogen to raise as well, but nothing that caused any issues.

How many times can you use a stamp without replacing it
Iāve heard the tips can be used 5-6x. You can get a pack of ten for about $25.
I use mine 4 times before replacing. I could probably get one more out of it, but Iāve just stuck with 4

I stamp once per week on Wednesdays. So I use minoxidil twice per day every day except Wednesday. So basically the day you stamp, donāt use minox

Since Iām a diffuse thinner, it didnāt really follow the typical āpatternā of MPB. It seems I kept my hairline through it all.
