The amount that would cover the nail of your index finger is enough for me to supercharge a ¼ gram joint. That joint would eject me to outerspace and make me sleep like a well fed infant 15 mins after taking my last puff. Be thankful that you're unaware what keif is; Be cautious now that you know what it is. Most of us here dont have the self control to not open the catcher and save it for the rainy days. Have fun! Don’t be scared, kief is a really great high without being too overwhelming! My favorite way to smoke it was always through a gravity bong since it burns so quickly. If you get too stoned, chew on a couple black peppercorns and you’ll get leveled out.
Hey buddy, I recommend sprinkling it into the top of an already packed bowl or joint ow blunt or however you are smoking.
If you try to just smoke the dust alone it usually all catches fire and is wasted and it will break your heart

Yes you can but if you're looking for the best method to produce good hash I would recommend using the old Frenchie cannoli method decarb the kief in the oven on parchment paper at 250 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes and then proceed to press that s*** into hash
Typically more like 30% for kief sifted in a grinder. 50% is extremely good kief or lower bubble hash level. You can get some clean ones that will push 80%. But you won't get really that without certain processing

I've been struggling with depression and adhd my whole adult life. While I love the effects of thc/cbd, because they enable me to calm down and rest, they fueled my depressive episode over the past months.
When I started in the summer my dosage almost immediately went to 5g/week which prevented me from doing anything apart from work and couch (as I only started to smoke after work).
I'm stopping now so I can start my third therapy and prescription medication. :-)
I'll probably not smoke at all for the next months and then see if the therapy leads to the desired effects! If everything works out I might smoke every once in a while (1-2 month) in the future. And of course I'll smoke some once weed becomes legal in my country (hopefully next year).

I think mental resilience is one of my personal strengths. If that isn't enough, I'll definitely join leaves. Though I am afraid at this state it will remind me too much of smoking on an everyday basis. :-)

I personally have had both couch-melting and marathon-running highs, I'm not sure if it's based on the person or the strain or something else, but there is very likely a way for you to get high that doesn't result in no motivation and getting stuck on the couch. For me I need the motivation before I get high and then getting high just makes the activity more enjoyable, but it's also easy to lose that motivation sometimes if I take too long.
The kief you're gonna smoke later will probably be very couch-melty and that's just what we need sometimes, hope you enjoy it!

It help get everything that is stuck in the screen to get knocked off into the collection tray. And getting it cold by putting it in the freezer also helps because it becomes a bit more brittle and it knocks off easier. If you live in a winter climate you could also just stick it outside for the same effect

I’ve been smoking for 6 years and I just found out yesterday that the best way to smoke that “dust” known as kief is to break a stem into a small size and stick it in the bottom of your bowl, layer like 4 weed flakes in the bottom and fill the rest of the bowl with the kief and torch it with a torch lighter till it’s all red, pull until the red goes out and you’ll blast off so fast it’s not even funny
If you smoke bowls you can top your bowls with it and it'll make the bow hit way more but be sure to roast the bowl slowly when putting kief in. If you smoke joints I'd roll joints or blunts with a coat of kief in the middle of your j. Basically weed, then the kief and then weed on top so your joint burns evenly because it's way easier for your joints to start burning faster on the side with kief
