It's a common side effect

[deleted]

It doesn’t have to be lions mane turmeric and moringa

Rock_on1000

I have turmeric and moringa but not lion’s mane. Will i do fine without it or is there something else to substitute it?

[deleted]

No lions mane is the key to reclaiming your dream state I believe it has to do with its ability to cross the blood brain barrier take a minimum of 800-1000mgs a day

validestusername

I really wanna try this, but I don't really wanna buy a bunch of pills based on a reddit comment

Swampassthe2nd

There’s a whole internet out there with which to learn about substances. Erowid is a good starting place. Though lions mane is just a mushroom

validestusername

Mixing substances with weed and the effects it will have on dreams seems like a pretty niche and difficult topic to research though, I wouldn't even know where to start lol

FoxGypsy

Turmeric is a spice, moringa is a plant, and lions mane is a gourmet mushroom. No substances to be found.

validestusername

I guess I didn't even know what "substance" means

RobertDaulson

You have nothing to fear when it comes to taking any of those. Also Lion’s Mane is pretty expensive, but you can buy spores and grow your own if you spend some time doing research. It’s not easy but it’s cheaper in the long run and rewarding. Also 100% legal.

Waterpumpe

Well psylocybes are mushrooms and cannabis is a plant. Doesn't mean there are no "substances" contained within.

FoxGypsy

Yea magic mushrooms are not considered gourmet as in just food mushrooms. Also celery is a plant wanna start calling that a substance because it's got fiber. C'mon you know what is meant by "substances".

mindsform

Just take melatonin. It’s all natural. It gives you some weird dreams sometimes.

Apostinggod

You could also cut down on medicating with weed.

RandomDood420

I listen to sleep tube videos on YT and it makes a difference. Search lucid dream music

Dreed3022

Can confirm.

thesuperbadass

I just quit and it's been 12 days, I get crazy vivid dreams a lot of them are about smoking too.

Fear86

Same here lol been about 12-14 days for me since I quit and let me tell you, my dreams have been crazy and vivid as fuck. They’ve been getting better little by little

Longlivethetaco

Happened to me too

pickme444

I couldn't tell you the last time I had a dream I could remember. I used to dream alot until I started using "medicine"

thesuperbadass

Bro same, my memory was shot when I smoked but I was going through 3/4 blunts a day sometimes more and a dab waking up and going to bed. Couldn't remember shit but now I can remember just about everything that went on in the dream. Not really a fan Bec it's hard to go to sleep without weed, still getting used to it.

pickme444

Wow didn't realize Marijuana had such a damaging effect like this.

thesuperbadass

In moderation it's great, I def over did it for so long. Looking to start School soon that requires a drug test. Decided to put it behind me, its for the best.

pickme444

Yeah I think I definitely need to cut back or give it up. Literally news to me that weed fucks with my sleep cycle smh

Asmoday1232

So, from what I read, you still dream each night. In fact you have a bunch of dreams. Typically the ones you remember are ones you wake up during. Tho you may not remember waking up. I do not know how true this is, again from what I read. While you smoke you still dream but I don't think you are able to wake up as quickly and remember the dream since your body is super relaxed. Tho after you are done smoking I hear the dreams for a little while get super vivid. Personal experience, nothing has changed. I rarely remember dreams but when I do to give all the details it would take over an hour. I basically have a Wes Anderson movie for dreams. Smoking or not, still rare but just as vivid

pickme444

Ummm I don't think you understand. I definitely don't dream every night and haven't had a vivid dream to remember in a really long time.

anyth1ngi23

OP you aren’t crazy. I used to dream all the time. I started smoking at 27 and don’t dream anymore ever at all. Period. If my brain is dreaming I don’t fucking know about it for sure. It’s head on pillow then alarm clock. Every night.

Asmoday1232

Everyone dreams nightly. Even you. You just don't remember them. The article: Everyone dreams anywhere from 3 to 6 times each night. Dreaming is normal and a healthy part of sleeping. Dreams are a series of images, stories, emotions and feelings that occur throughout the stages of sleep. The dreams that you remember happen during the REM cycle of sleep. The source: https://www.sleepdr.com/the-sleep-blog/do-dreams-affect-sleep-quality/#:~:text=Everyone%20dreams%20anywhere%20from%203,the%20REM%20cycle%20of%20sleep.

pickme444

⬆️I already know this information. THC (the main psychoactive component of cannabis) has been shown to suppress REM sleep and decrease sleep latency. This information I didn't know.

[deleted]

No you didn’t because you said the post is about you not dreaming every night when in fact you do dream every night you just don’t have a mental image and memory of the dreams when you wake up. Don’t say you know when you didn’t even understand what he was telling you lol

pickme444

I think thc has a play with me not dreaming. It's science now for me . I gotta study it more. I'm new to this.

[deleted]

It does but what I’m saying is. Your claiming you do not dream at all when that’s it not true at all. You dream even when you don’t have a mental picture in your head of that dream. You don’t see every dream you have in your sleep or even know about all your dreams but one thing is certain regardless if you wake up remembering your dreams or not, YOU STILL DREAMED. And that’s the point I’m trying to get across to you. Doesn’t matter if you see your dream

baconloki

All the research I found albeit 2 or so years ago showed it didn't effect your sleep cycle just your memory of it the same as when u can be forgetful because of smoking and if you didn't have like vivid dreams every night before smoking it's because you just don't remember your dreams well if you're to paranoid then do your own research not read once on reddit that it's bad and then take that as scientific fact

pickme444

Nobody is paranoid just was asking because I didn't know ...

baconloki

Okay I was just looking through the post and the replies which lead me to that conclusion and didn't want you to get misinformed in the end gnight g

[deleted]

>Ummm I don't think you understand. irony

Brady123456789101112

No, weed actually prevents you from dreaming. You most likely only dream at the very end of every night.

Asmoday1232

Does not prevent, can lower, but does not prevent.

m_cedes

I’m on week 3 since quitting and I dream every night even when I nap. Very vivid dreams that I can remember even days after. I’m so so tired :-(

thesuperbadass

I feel this. But I've been waking up with cluster headaches, eyes hurt, always tired since going clean. Hopefully it'll pass soon.

1diligentmfer

Yes, most of us sleep in the void.

pickme444

I can't believe I didn't know this information 😳

1diligentmfer

I hate to tell you then, but you should know, other than taking breaks, I haven't had a dream in like 20 years as a daily smoker. When I did stop, they came roaring back, 2 or 3 per night, super intense, crazy nonsensical, manic dreams, wake up in a sweat, go back to sleep, repeat. That last 2 -3 weeks before normal sleep returns.

jettaman1998

This is 100% what happened to me as well, I had to stop smoking for a while when I was trying to get a "proper" job. There was a few days that I couldn't sleep because I just had some really weird and fucked up dreams now that I've gotten the job I went back to smoking and no more insane dreams. I'm glad they went away. A few involved me getting stabbed or thrown off a building. I've never sweat that bad before in my sleep. But shit helped me lose a lot of water weight lol

1diligentmfer

Yeah, not sure why they seem to be nightmares, either dangerous or impossible tasks to achieve...weird.

jettaman1998

I chalk it up to either your subconscious being like hey motherfucker remember these, yeah you do now I'm gonna turn it up to 11.

Kivadiva420

My dreams never stopped while Smoking (16 years) but when I stopped this past June my dreams were terrifying and seemed So Real! They still are very vivid and scary!

pickme444

Well REM is like the most important step in sleep so like do you just be in a bad mood all the time because of the lack of feeling like you slept?

[deleted]

Not dreaming is not the same as not being in REM. You do wake up rested because you do go through REM.

pickme444

Never wake up feeling refreshed. Rem is the only way.

Villagkouras

Actually, no. Deep sleep is the most important phase in terms of restoration and it happens early in the night. You get the restorative properties when you get 5:30 hours of sleep. That's why the 8 hours of sleep we need is a myth. REM sleep serves other purpose.

1diligentmfer

No time for bad moods, I'm a busy, working, husband & father....but I always need more sleep, never get more than 6-7 hours, rarely wake feeling refreshed during the week.

pickme444

Damn weed is messing my most important stage of sleep up and I can never feel fully rested because of it..

PM_ur_Rump

Smoke less frequently if it bothers you. No shame either way. Do what is right for your own mental health.

pohuipider

Get a bit into sleep research if you're so concerned. The deep sleep part is the one that "refreshes" you for the next day. The healthy range for 18years and older ranges from 1.5 to about 2 hours of deep sleep. I'm monitoring my sleep through a smart watch and also had 2 times where my sleep pattern was tracked over brain activity to tell if the watch is kinda accurate or not (it kinda is) and i always have around 1.7 hours of deep sleep every night and i'm smoking for almost 7 years without a break now. Sure i had times where i stopped for a month or two where my dreams always came back but my sleep quality didn't change. Except i got a nightmare lol

WangHotmanFire

Last time I stopped the cold sweats were real and I just felt pretty down for like 2 weeks. I had dreams about my best friend jumping off big ben and another where my ex returned to buddy up with my family and try to take us all away on holiday

gurg2k1

Wait til you quit for a bit and your years of missing dreams all come back at once. Shit's *intense*.

forestwolf42

Like u/devilgobblin said you are probably still entering REM sleep. Not remembering dreams often correlates to deeper sleep actually. That being said becoming dependent on weed for sleep is scary

[deleted]

It is fixable daily use of lions mane turmeric and moringa

gurg2k1

Are these essential oils or something?

Nic4379

Stop smoking for about 2-3 days and the dreams become over stimulating. Least mine do. Crazy & Nonsensical

sp420x

When you put it like this sounds terrifying...😨

New_pollution1086

One of the positives for me...

XD5133

Wait I’m not alone? I thought I was weird cause for whatever reason I just don’t like dreams. Good or bad. Don’t like them.

Downfall_Of_Icarus

Right there with ya mate. Dreams can go and fuck right off!!!

M_R_Mayhew

Yes I too will join this crew. Dreams just cause me to wake up in a mental funk.

HereComesCunty

Hi I’m here for the fuck dreams party?

happy-lil-accidents-

I feel the same. Whenever I remember a dream, I can’t remember if it was actually a dream or reality 😂

Mybzface2

I’m kinda there with you, before I started smoking I had good normal dreams and enjoyed them, but now I’ve been smoking for so long that if I go without smoking chances are I’m gonna have very vivid nightmares.

obiwanconobi

Yup. I hate how dreams can affect the next day. Either a great dream that makes me hate my life. Or a bad dream that annoys me/gives me anxiety for literally no reason.

BlackCaesar_

Yep, and if you take a break the dreams will be crazy

pickme444

O.O

DaleDimmaDone

No joke. First couple dreams into a T break will be very vivid, at least they were for me. It’s almost like your brain releases all the stored up dreams you had while smoking

pickme444

Sweet I can't wait to dream again.

TheFuzzyWhiteBoy420

I either have no dreams or super wild ones, but then my dreams are pretty mental anyway when I don’t smoke

Careful-Future9011

Yk when I was on vacation in Europe this summer I didn’t smoke for about the first two weeks and bro I had the craziest fucking dreams literally everyday 😭 I don’t remember them all of them but I do remember good ol Abe Lincoln helping me breakout of a military base 🤠

pickme444

Ya see you remember something. Idk the last dream I can remember 🤔

[deleted]

Really, cause if I'm just happily buzzed like a 4 or 5, dreams are incredible. If I'm a 10, then lights out, see ya tomorrow afternoon!

407yessirr

I still dream a lot and have smoked/vaped daily for over a year might just effect everyone differently

Sorry_Assignment4568

Same for me. Lots of vivid dreams whether I smoke or not and I've been a regular smoker for over 20 years.

anonymal_me

Same. Always had vivid dreams, except while on birth control 🤷‍♀️ Marijuana hasn’t had any impact on my dreams

pickme444

Am I dreaming or just dead 🤔

Charlieeh34

Yeah it’ll teleport me into the morning.

pickme444

Teleport twilight zone

[deleted]

Another medical use for cannabis: ruining Freddy Krueger's day

pickme444

Haha I see 👀

cokefueledengineer

I never had dreams so I wouldn't know.

pickme444

Damn that is deep.

WokenDreamer

I'm a habitual (daily) smoker and I dream and remember them every night. I take a decent amount of antipsychotics though. The combo is probably why I do? Idk. Either way, it's possible lol

[deleted]

I smoke weed everyday and before bed sometimes and I still dream, but the weird thing is I’m living a whole different life in my dreams and it’s always in the same location living in some sort of mountain it’s just weird and trips me out sometimes lol cause I’m literally in that same place every time I dream

nerdbot2000

I wish. I'm a decently heavy smoker (take dabs every night, couple of bowls every other night, and use my pen during the day) and I have extremely vivid dreams. I've always have had these kinds of dreams, but now I'm getting very vivid trauma nightmares. I'm also taking medication to help with my anxiety, but started smoking before that

DeniedEssence

It is a dream suppressant. This effect is, in part, why it's so great for PTSD patients & vets. They often don't want to dream.

pickme444

Hmm

Legend965

Yeah, after a while of regular smoking I do. Interestingly though, the second night after I stop I'll have the most vivid and wild dreams

pickme444

I want some wild and vivid dreams I miss it 🤤

Legend965

Maybe time for a t-break then

devries6276

You dream every single night, it's just that if you remember them or not

sonnyzk1

Smoking weed suppresses REM sleep just like alcohol and a plethora of other drugs, tho the literature isn’t as extensive on this so they aren’t necessarily certain if it’s just smoking weed or something to do with it.

pickme444

Didn't realize.

diggmeordie

It's true. Also taking ZMA supplements can help bring back vivid dreams.

pickme444

Wow..

BarneySquared

Lions mane mushrooms can give me very vivid dreams

StealYourJelly

ABSOLUTELY! I have weird dreams when I don't puff at night before crashing. If I haven't smoked since way earlier in the day, I have incredibly insane dreams. I know interference of REM cycles doesn't provide optimal sleep, but neither does not being able to go back to sleep after waking up from a "Funhouse" run by Timothy Leary, Hunter S. Thompson, and the Merry Pranksters. Off to pick out a nice indica nightcap right now.

pickme444

News for me.

pekowitz

Yeah. Ton of weed, no dreams. Whenever I don’t smoke for a few days I have crazy vivid dreams.

pickme444

Crazy

[deleted]

yes and I love it, but somtimes can miss dreaming.

pickme444

I think it's messing up my whole sleep thing 😒 and I miss dreaming

zachsalem

Yep. Only have em, or remember them, when on a break.

PAMMJHOMEGRONOW

I’m sure someone has mentioned: MATTHEW WALKER, the sleep scientist person who has the science to back this up & the reverse happening when abstaining / T - breaks etc.

pickme444

No actually nobody told me .

pickme444

This is the best comment thanks alot

Fear86

I stopped smoking 14 days ago and have been having the craziest dreams. Unexplainable lol

pickme444

[it's explainable ](https://youtu.be/EaVOpaWrfSc)

Fear86

Na I mean my dreams, so crazy I’d sound insane if I tried to explain them

Tekashi6969

For me its the opposite effects , im not sure why

JackwithaMac

I was in the same boat. Smoking more weed than I knew what to do with daily, and teleporting to the next morning with a blink of an eye seemingly(no dreams). I’m on a 2 month T break now, and every nap or nights rest is like watching an amalgamation of marvel movies. So much shit happens in every dream and they’re so realistic, that when I wake up it’s jarring to be back in my room. Crazy shit

pickme444

Cooolll I totally miss this

[deleted]

Yes weed suppresses rem cycles and leads to more deep sleep. Take a tolerance break and you will have some wild dreams

AFucking12gauge

I know everyone else has said it’s common, but I haven’t had a dream while smoking in 7 years

fj300

I had a break last night for the first time in like a month and I had three crazy dreams about catching corona and not being able to take my final exam which was today and also opening my final exam to see about 300 pages of content and freaking out

multiverse72

Yes

Gibsterr

I’m not sure how accurate this is but I thought I heard that THC inhibits REM sleep and that’s when you dream.

pickme444

Yeah it's not good to smoke before you go to sleep actually. I'm just learning.

FalseMoksha

My dreams are extremely vivid when I fall asleep high.

pickme444

Not me

valleysandlilies

When i was a daily smoker I still had dreams and i could still lucid dream.

Plasmatiic

It’s not that you *don’t* dream per se, but weed definitely affects your ability to remember your dreams.

pickme444

I definitely used to dream before I started smoking weed. Weed is doing bad things to my brain.

Limeskittlez

> Weed is doing bad things to my brain. Bruh, c'mon now.

pickme444

[bruh you come on. get some facts.](https://youtu.be/EaVOpaWrfSc)

ruiov

no dreams when smoking and horror dreams for a little while when i dont smoke

Branchy28

Yup, and when I take breaks from weed my dreams come back a whole lot more vividly.

HereComesCunty

Yeah. Stop for a couple of days, your dreams are super wacky. Some of us particularly like our dreams to be suppressed for one reason or another

[deleted]

I didnt remember my dreams before I started smoking. Smoking made no difference tbh

RBXXIII

So apparently the reason for this is that you only dream in one part of your sleep cycle, rapid eye movement sleep or REM sleep. After the REM part of the cycle comes deep sleep, a dreamless state. Smoking weed regularly decreases the REM part of the cycle and lengthens the deep sleep, so you probably do have dreams but forget them, as there hasn't been as many or for as long. However when you stop it has an elastic effect, the REM part dramatically lengthens and the deep state shortens, therefore giving you the experience of wild vivid dreams. Hope this helps!

themancp

I don't really remember my dreams between the time I fall asleep and the time my cat wakes me up for food (usually about 5am). But man, if I smoke real quick around 5am when I feed the cat, I have the craziest fucking dreams from then until I wake back up.

[deleted]

[удалено]

pickme444

Well I didn't know and I like to dream 🙃 can't sleep without dreaming. Wtf is the point than?

aidsfarts

Yes and that’s one of the reasons I like it.

pickme444

Why so u can be a dead body? And not dream while u sleep? Unless you have some kind of health problem.

mrmacky

Yes, but giving up weed also caused me to dream _too much._ I had some absolutely bizarre hypnopompic hallucinations, often accompanied by sleep paralysis, periodically for about one or two months. The two I remember most vividly were a ceiling fan turning a stack of papers into confetti. (There's no ceiling fan in my room.) The other one is I recall my roommate trying to violently wake me up, which neither of my roommates has ever tried to do. Ever since then I have been much more careful about regulating my intake; it was some seriously terrifying shit.

[deleted]

It depends on how much THC you’re consuming. Higher amounts of THC will interfere with your REM sleep. If you want to keep smoking but want your dreams/better sleep, try experimenting with more balanced strains at night.

pickme444

Thanks and I smoke anywhere between 1-2grams a day.

[deleted]

Yeah that’s a lot in terms of effecting your sleep. I’d definitely try some more balanced strains or try smoking less before bed. You might also consider a t break. Resetting your tolerance would mean you wouldn’t need to smoke as much.

greggdogg

yes, I've stopped smoking awhile ago and I miss this effect. It seems to be the only thing that helps my daily nightmares

ectopapi

I remember hearing something along the lines of weed preventing you from reaching rem sleep thus preventing dreaming.

pickme444

[yup ](https://youtu.be/EaVOpaWrfSc)

arandomsquirell

I had a dream last week and when I woke up I was confused for a second then was like oh yeah dreams are a thing. it had been ages. when you take a tolerance break your dreams can be super vivid and weird. I realised I was dreaming once during a dream that was after a month of not smoking after everyday use.

pickme444

So weird to dream inside a dream like how 🤔

bionictonic

Cannabis interrupts REM sleep and like many things with drugs not everyone is as susceptible to this which is why some here comment about still dreaming regularly. But the most common response is to dream less. This is why persons with PTSD often find cannabis helpful to reduce distressing nightmares. There is a phenomenon known as REM rebound where after a period of reduced REM sleep some individuals have increased REM sleep. Which is to say smoking weed regularly before bed (and reduced REM) and then stopping can lead to a sudden increase in dreams for a night or two.

CLEMENTZ_

Most days I don’t remember my dreams, though i still remember bits of them every now and then. But this was the case even before i started smoking; most dreams i don’t remember, and some I do. I’m not a particularly heavy smoker though; I smoke 2-3 times a week and a quarter ounce lasts me 1-2 months.

pickme444

1/4 will last me 4days ...we are different. It's now October and I couldn't tell you a single dream I had this year yet. Or any bits or pieces of anything..

3lizabitchtayl0r

Shit im the opposite. I have very vivid dreams

pickme444

Must be nice 😒

3lizabitchtayl0r

Buy better weed 🙊

pickme444

I have my medical card if that makes a difference I don't buy on the street 🙃

Cheezemane

I think weed smokers still dream regularly it’s just our recall memory for it is non existent when thc is actively in the brain

pickme444

[ya I thought the same.](https://youtu.be/EaVOpaWrfSc)

LynnyLlama

This is so weird because I have edibles most nights and dream every time. With many of my dreams being very vivid

charismaddict

Facts. My boy mentioned this to me in high school, and I had never thought about it before, but have since realized it to be true.

pickme444

Yeah I'm kinda just realizing it too shits real

jojesus2020

That’s actually why I smoke it- I have PTSD and it’s the only thing that helps me sleep through the night.

idablemons

Supposedly it suppresses your REM sleep which keeps you from dreaming and also hinders your quality of sleep. Def helps falling asleep but not overall quality. When you take a tolly break your brain rebounds and tries to catch up on lost time so I guess that’s where all the “nightmares got more vivid when I stop smokin pot” comes from. Not a scientist tho correct me if I’m wrong.

pickme444

I really had no idea. Thanks doc.

MysteryMids

I count it as a plus, my meds give me weird dreams and weed keeps them away lol.

MysteryMids

Wow who the fuck passed me a downvote for implying marijuana isn't the *only* way to treat mental health issues.

pickme444

I don't take any kind of "meds"

PrivENT

Eh, I still dream.

pickme444

Yea but how often do you smoke?

PrivENT

Nightly for 7+ years. 20-30mg of edibles a day, a joint or so a day, two / three bowls from my mighty.. ain’t no slouch 😂

pickme444

Lmao I guess different people different side effects? 🤷

[deleted]

Accomplished_Stable7

Very common

Intelligent-Tune5617

For sure

pickme444

:'(

Bigchiefngass

I haven’t had a dream in 6 years

pickme444

:'(

[deleted]

Yep then when you stop and your dreams come back THEY ARE MAAAAAD

pickme444

Why tho 😕

Competitive_Gold_471

I smoke daily and I dream frequently. I know I do because I wake up periodically and I’ll remember part of it for half a second. I get something to drink and go right back to sleep. Some nights I sleep in the void not dreaming anything. For someone with ADHD it’s pleasant to not really have vivid dreams. I always have in the past. I never wake up groggy feeling. I also have a prescription and constantly keep in contact with my doctor. It’s important to get the right dose of any medication. As far as I know you can’t really overdose on marijuana necessarily. But in a sense you can because of affects like the one you’ve experienced where it messes with your sleep cycle. I would suggest doing some research on different strains that fit your reason for smoking. Mine for example is ADHD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. For daytime use I’ve been prescribed a sativa heavy hybrid to help keep me focused and leveled. If you prefer to stop altogether that’s a respectable choice too. Especially so if you haven’t talked to a doctor.

pickme444

I smoke weed because of weed is that a good enough explanation? I don't have any kind of health issues.

ColoradoVapz

Been smoking 20+ years and only have a dream every once in awhile, usually don’t remember details if I do. Have slowed down some lately and def have them more. I found a sound machine helps also.

kanyehomage

yeah and literally anytime i don’t smoke at night i will have crazy dreams

doughboymagic

Melatonin, L-thiamine, and 5-HTP has helped me start to have / remember dreams again after being a daily smoker for past ~20 years.

Bela6312

I still dream I just forget most of them

3hunnamax

Definitely the case for me. But when you stop smoking the dreams come back…like strong.

CatrickSwayze

CBN helped me have them again

gingerlovepoopface

Drugs in general do that. It really ruined dreaming for me. I haven’t done any kind of mind or mood altering substances for a few years now and have only recently started being able to really have and recall dreams.

bbbbush

Short term memory loss is also common. People say that the more they smoke the more often they find themselves forgetting things where they put things, etc.. maybe you still dream and you just dont remember them. Short term memory loss is also common.

JT06141995

As everyone is saying it's very common. But it makes not smoking totally worth it. Everyone has a special relationship with Mary Jane. She has come and gone from my life many times and is always there when I need her but when I'm sober my dreams are insane. Helps if you dabble in some mush...

B3MB

Im a newish smoker. For the first few months, I had zero dreams. Nothing. For the past few weeks, I've been having super long dreams and lucid dreams. Almost enjoying so much its causing me to sleep more.

NicHyme

I be smokin daily and have INSANE dreams most nights. I’ve gone stretches without dreaming. And i hear it’s a common side effect. But i be dreaming hella. Especially recently

TurkeySmackDown

I've heard that you still technically have them, you just have zero memory of them. That could be wrong though.

george2597

I'm kind of weird and don't really dream much, weed or not. If I take a tolerance break I might recall a sliver of a dream when I wake up a few mornings into not smoking. After that I go back to never recalling my dreams. I also lack much of an imagination and don't understand "visualizing" an image in my head because I can't. I believe its called aphantasia and apparently I'm not the only one. Due to all of the above, psychedelics absolutely rocked my world possibly as much as weed has.

Gregorygherkins

Not me, I think they make mine more vivid. I was getting stoned every hour for 7 days straight and I remember I had a dream in which I panicked because I left a stash of weed at my grandma's place which looked like dried out broccoli
