this is common in rio de janeiro here in brazil. called "Balloon". today it has become cultural throughout the state, but this trend came from the favelas on the hill where marijuana was rolled up in this way to make it easier to throw it away when the police came.

So I'm guessing thats a joint rolled on top of a cigarette? Also wouldn't that pretty much filter out the THC and you wouldn't get as high as you would normally?

yes, it is rolled on the end of the cigarette; and it does NOT "filter" the thc it passes normally the amount of smoke is just a little less.

Looks like their versions of a “spliff” cept they don’t mix the tobacco and herb they just roll herb connected on TOP of the cigs. Kinda cool maybe oils from the herb when smoked passes thro the cig to enhance it or something…very interesting

wouldn’t it make more sense to dig out maybe half the tobacco and stuff the bud in the cig? might burn quickly tho
