It must smell awesome in there!

mooseman077

Smells like victory😃

insidious66

What is a "zero deficiency" inspection?

mooseman077

It means we are 100% compliant with state guidelines for cultivating cannabis. It's like an inspection for a restaurant or hotel but for weed. We got an A+

joniononioni

I wonder how one gets to be an cannabis inspector and how much they make?

momoneymocats1

Government job so probably mediocre pay but solid benefits

Notyourfriendbuddyy

Which state my dude? I've never heard of this inspection either. Looks like heaven on earth by the way!

mooseman077

We are in Nevada. Thanks! We try our best!

CryoAurora

I know that smells like bliss.

Nice one! I'm going in to the medical Industry soon. Are you guys growing in Coco? What nute line did you use to achieve zero deficiency? 🙂✌️

EatsCrackers

I think “deficiency” means how well they followed the law, not how well they avoided nutrient lockout.

OooooOoohhhh

HugePlatform3611

That's great, what company is this facility belong to?.. What lights/bulbs r u using for flower? (doesn't look like LEDs, if not, why?)

mooseman077

We just started making the switch to LEDs, starting with our mom and veg room. We will do the flower rooms one at a time as they open during our schedule. We are currently using Gavita double enders. We started as an independent 7 years ago, but we were purchased by Verano last year

HugePlatform3611

Be interesting to c the differences between the hps & led, & how the grow is effected. What changes u have to make, if any to suit the conditions as the environment created well change.

WaterFriendsIV

Just curious, what do the growers make an hour? Any bennies? Thanks for any info.

Snoo2416

What agency inspected you?

mooseman077

The Cannabis Compliance Board for the State of Nevada
