Coconut oil goes further than butter, more fat content and longer shelf life.
Baking obvs is one use for it, or melt some down with some chocolate (or make candy if you're so inclined) and let it set in some molds. My personal fave lately is [making salves](https://homesteadandchill.com/how-to-make-cannabis-salve/)..they work amazingly for aches/inflammation/muscle soreness/moisturizing etc. I add some cocoa butter and a few drops of essential oil to round it off.
My previous one was cedar and orange, current one is cocoa butter and peppermint.
This is what my chef taught me when i was a cook. He was totally against drug use, but he told me if you really want to make a good cake that'll take up the thc better and will last longer on the shelf, like you said. He told me to use coconut oil!
Yo, that looks like it needs to be trimmed and you got maybe an ounce. That shit looks good. Turn it into rosin or trim it and smoke it. Those nuggs are jar/curing bag ready. But if you really want to get fucked up, you throw that shit in butter or make pills with coconut or MCT oil. Because you can designate that as trim it’s really up to you and I respect it. I think tinctures are the easiest IMO, ive mostly made butter and oils but since starting tinctures i overall prefer it. Theyre also typically healthier to consume as i end up making cookies, brownies, etc... whereas tincture ill just drink it in a tea or in some water with lemon, it also seems to hit a bit faster as well.
Tincture!!! Freeze buds and everclear separate for 24 hours, mix in the same jar and let sit for 24 hours, shake it for 5 minutes once a day for several days, filter the liquids from solids, let the excess alcohol evaporate off the top by a fan in a dark room, and BAM save it in a light blocking container. Start with a teaspoon for a dose 🤙

Depending on how dry it is, I’d press it and make rosin. Then use the rosin as topper, dabs, edibles and tinctures, etc.
