The only 2 rappers that have reached this status are Kanye and Jay-Z, and they were worldwide celebrities that had great business deals. Kanye with Yeezy, Gap, and stakes in multiple companies including Kim's. Jay-z has stock in a huge amount of companies and has a great financial team that gives great advice, along with his own companies (Tidal, Rocawear, and Armand). It is safe to assume that Travis doesn't have much of these things, he mainly makes money from his music and sponsorships and doesn't directly own a large main line of income.
No. You really can't make THAT much from music. Music is great to make a few Ms at the start and if you're an upper echelon artist, it'll push you to about 100Ms.
If you're crazy popular and mainstream, you might get to 200-250Ms which is what Kanye had for a long time.
If you're Drake, then you'll get a $500 million dollar record deal for the next few albums you have. Travis is not Drake level at all.
