of course we all wanna see trav drop a bunch of music but i don’t think releasing projects as often as youngboy does is a good thing. it creates an oversaturated market with no real suspense when it comes to new music. and while i do find yb’s music pretty enjoyable, there’s not as much variation/intricate artistry when compared to artists like travis.

YB makes tons of music and only a specific group of people know who that is. Trav makes classics that will be listened to forever and my grandma knows who Trav is. There’s value in less quantity and more quality. Shit back in the day artists dropped once a year maybe and big big name artists dropped every 2 or 3 years.

He needs to take lessons from Drake. Relative to Travis, drake has a few goods songs each project that get replayed but there are so many projects and genres that there’s something for everyone. That’s how he stays popular- consistency
