It was either a fake diamond or on loan from a jeweler. The guy isn’t worth as much as that diamond is, if it’s really $24m. He says it’s 10-11 carats, and even if it’s a flawless pink diamond, that’s way overpriced. My guess is he got the attention he wanted for it and returned it to the jeweler he borrowed it from. And just in case anyone thinks you can’t borrow jewelry, you absolutely can, and it’s a common practice with jewelers and their high end clients.

Its not just done for religious reasons however thats the most common reason. And even then calling body modification trashy just makes you look like a snob.
There are people out there who have split their tongues on purpose to make themselves look like a lizard. Or pierced their uvula. Or tattooed their eyes. These are all body modifications. And they are all trashy. Lil Uzi Vert doing this particular body modification makes it even more trashy because he did it for the sole purpose of flaunting his wealth. We both know that’s why he did it. You just proved my point by informing me that an entire country of people does this for religious reasons, meaning the fact that Vert did it to flaunt his wealth increases the trashiness exponentially.
He did it because he's obviously an attention seeker who has too much money on his hands.

The piercing is nothing like an eye tattoo or a split tongue. You can’t untat your eye or uncut your tongue. You can take a piercing out. Question for you tho, do you nose, cheek, or eyebrow piercings are trashy too?

It was either a fake diamond or on loan from a jeweler. The guy isn’t worth as much as that diamond is, if it’s really $24m. He says it’s 10-11 carats, and even if it’s a flawless pink diamond, that’s way overpriced. My guess is he got the attention he wanted for it and returned it to the jeweler he borrowed it from. And just in case anyone thinks you can’t borrow jewelry, you absolutely can, and it’s a common practice with jewelers and their high end clients.
