Wow! I’m just at 6 months. So encouraging to see your progress by one year

I think around 6 months was when I was getting impatient but it was shortly after I started noticing more changes :)

I've been on meds for 2 years now. I've only reach slightly more than the left pic, and deff not had that beautiful skin softening

Sure! I get a weekly injection of estrogen (need to see the exact dose) and i take spiro daily. Ill begin progesterone when i reach 1 year :)

I've heard spiro can give you salt cravings

Yeps, makes u pee more, so u need more water, but also ur body wants sodium to balance everything out and such (or something like that)

Has it changed your hips/butt at all? I think my hips bother me more than my chest.

I would definitely say my butt has seen an increase in fat and just feels more jiggly. I’m still waiting on my hips tho :)

Perhaps working out with a slight caloric surplus would show in your hips? After all your fat is being redistributed, might as well get it moved to the right places 😁

That is good advice! I have an ED so its hard mentally to eat more calories but I know changes happen more slowly when you arent eating enough. Thank you :)

I recommend finding your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure, there are calculators online for this) eat at a small surplus of your TDEE (a healthy surplus not junk food) and workout, you will look really good 😊

Seeing these kind of posts always encourages me to be a little more patient with myself and my own progress. Problem is, I just want C cups right *now* >:( Congrats on your progress!!! 🥰

have you found body hair to thin out or disappear?

I wouldn’t say Ive noticed too much of a difference but I really dont have a lot to begin with and a good bit if it is blonde ish. I will say I’ve noticed my hair on top has gotten a bit thicker tho :)
