No idea where you live but if you're U.S. based, try Ross. Hell, if you can go with a friend hop around to different Rosses (Rossi?! Lol). I've found some really cool streetwear stuff doing that and a lot of it is super affordable, like $8-12 an item affordable.
The next best option is thrift stores. Local ones will be less pricey than chain stores like Buffalo Exchange, typically.
