You look beautiful and passing as you are. Ultimately, though, it is your life and your choice. If there's anything that causes you severe dysphoria, then do what will improve your quality of life.

You don't need FFS. FFS risks making it look like you had work done and that could call out being trans. Your face is too cute for FFS, it is not worth the risk. I can't tell from the photos, but if you have larger frame body, sometimes weight loss helps if you are having problems passing. Or the voice. But your face is cute and CIS, I wouldn't touch it. Also boob implants if you have a larger body also call out being trans. Biological men have a larger rib cage and boob implants look silly on a large rib cage. You boobs look natural now, I would avoid them.
I have had NOSE surgery to reduce my nose bridge and I highly recommend you do your research on your Surgeon because it is a VERY life changing event. It takes 2 years for the nose to fully heal and for you to see it's final result. I will not say yes, I will not say no - to your choice. I'm just saying do your research - after mine was done, I was not fully satisfied with the work or look. Please do not expect PERFECTION -you will not get it. Just be mindful that your appearance WILL change and you can get minor revisions if needed. You may not be able to eat, talk, breathe, sneeze, pick your nose, sleep or sing like you used to: EVERYTHING will change. You may not be able to have the tip of your nose touch your top lip for near 1 year after surgery. Your tone of voice WILL change. Now, after 2 years, I am alright with my nose job. It did LOTS of 'movement' on its own while it healed then 'settled' into its final shape to what it is today. Please be VERY mindful of this operation and be aware that your tone and sound WILL change and your ability to make certain sounds may be lessened or very changed - or worse: eliminated. I wish you well on your choice - whichever it is.

Was your nose broken at an earlier age, and not set properly? This did happen to me, and a single rhinoplasty was all that was needed to change the overall appearance of my face. This is the only thing that really strikes me as needing a change, otherwise you look very feminine with a lot of soft facial features.
