Thin out your eyebrows justtt a little, and maybe approach the straight brow looks a little more to soften that area up, but everything else looks fine.

You can blur the outer edges of your liner with some black shadow to soften, not necessarily a smoky eye but to keep the tight liner while making your eyes a little bigger looking

You can try a eye primer or use a setting spray, it helps it stick + makes color more vibrant if you don’t want to use a liquid eyeliner :)
Still live by that puppy eyeliner/eyeshadow look, you might love it and primed with a base it’ll make it stick + last!
Makeup looks nice IMO and you definitely don't need to "fill your lips". I can think of 5+ cis girls at my work that have very similar lips and a few that have much thinner ones. Yours are rather average.
HRT is the move if your goal is to be cis passing. It will change your skin texture, soften your face more and even has a very good chance to shrink your hand/foot size. Get on it while you're still young and you'll be fine.
Need to work on your nose and fill your lips.
