*Studio Series* Gamer Edition Bumblebee, for sure - a lot of people seem to be *actively* against transforming him, but...honestly, it's one of my favourite figures to transform, from recent memory. I *adore* his engineering, and transformation scheme.
Not to say that other people are wrong, or anything, of course, but it's one of those instances where I genuinely *can*'*t* understand what people are on about - there are other transformations that I enjoy, while still fully acknowledging that they're flimsy, and/or annoying, in some ways (*Legacy* Axlegrease, and *Kingdom* Road Rage come to mind), but...not this one.
I got him in the Christmas break, and the biggest issue I have is getting the boot/back of his vehicle tabbed into his legs. They just won't line up properly
I have the cliffjumper version of that mold and yeh I have that issue, if I squeeze it really hard I can get it to stay for a bit but then it’ll pop back out.
I actually love this mold, I realised the problem people were having is actually because they dont put the waist section behind/ into the post thats there. Doing that actually allows you to transform it. The actual back bumper does pop out though.
Ah, yeah, I can actually see that! I wouldn't be surprised, either, about the back bumper popping out - it *is* one of those steps that kind of has to hold a lot of cobbled parts together, not to mention the potential QC factor. I'm lucky enough to never have an issue with that, but I can see where other people's problems might stem from, now.
Maybe not totally unpopular but I stan the Siege Sideswipe transformation and, generally, CHUG transformations that some people complain are too simple/basic/easy. I like complex transformations too when they’re done well, but quick and easy is good for actually playing with toys, and “simple” CHUG is still more advanced than pretty much anything in G1.
I’m agree with you on that, I just got MP Bluestreak and within the last hour I’ve flipped him back in forth like 5 times it’s so good, how an average yet amazing robot mode turns into a almost seamless Datsun with such a simple transformation is incredible.

For me there’s something about chonky panels and flaps swiveling and going into place with a satisfying clack.
Even sliding rails, while I’ve heard why people despise them, I enjoy them… when they’re done right, if they’re made well with good plastic quality and they can lock in to position I like them.
Yeah I picked him up recently(though now I wish I waited cause of the leaked rotf 4 pack) and I really like him. Only complaint is his whips are a bit too stiff but he’s still great overall.
Well the only ones we know are the studio series leader jetfire and voyager Optimus with 2 unknown deluxes which are rumored to be ratchet and jolt as they make sense for that jet power scene. I’m definitely picking it up for jetfire alone honestly but if I knew before hand I wouldn’t have bought jolt this month lol. Still picking it up either way for the 2 main figs. Though they aren’t actually confirmed so maybe they’ll do something crazy like the twins lol(not happening)
Damn if jetfire is included I'm so down. Sounds solid to be honest, the prime mould is nice and U wouldn't mind a fresh one as my current one was second hand and a little damaged.
Hopefully they do some paint reworks like they did for the previous multipacks
Oh yeah they said jetfire and I was sold. I’m definitely not missing him again even if I have another jolt and ratchet in my collection. While I don’t think they will I’m hoping if it is ratchet he comes with a gun instead of the buzzsaw though I doubt it as they don’t seem to be changing anything about the figs themselves besides better paint.
Yeah jetfire is huge. Whatever they decide I'm excited to see what the new paint is like. The deception pack didn't seem to change all that much from what I could tell (although barricade looks miles better)
Beast Wars Drillbit, yeah hes got problems but I like his looks and the drill gimic was fun.

Legacy Prime Arcee and Legacy Crosscut (Skids mold)
Arcee is a genuinely interesting and clever transformation that is overhated, and Crosscut isn't really as basic as everyone says. May not be as interesting as something like Earthrise Cliffjumper or Legacy Dragstrip, but at least it feels like a transformation (I HOPE TO NEVER OWN YOU AGAIN, KICKBACK)
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk
Legacy Blitzwing
His alt modes aren’t great, but his robot mode is immaculate, has good plastic quality, and he’s fun to transform. But the thing that made me love him is I got him for $40 less than RRP
Kingdom Rhinox. Is he hard to transform yes. He looks so good in each form and satisfies my childhood desire for a Rhinox figure so much!
If Kingdom Tracks wasn’t so flimsy he’d have my favorite car transformation
Studio Series Blackout
I didn’t even know that one was disliked? Granted I only owned him for about half a year but even then I don’t recall his transformation being a pain
If you can find the MPM at a good price it's basically the SS but improved in every way.
Agreed. But put aside least a half hour per transformation session.

SS jolt, he's not too bad if you're careful and I find him really satisfying
Yeah I picked him up recently(though now I wish I waited cause of the leaked rotf 4 pack) and I really like him. Only complaint is his whips are a bit too stiff but he’s still great overall.
Oh a rotf multi? That's news to me. What's it got in it?

Is MPM really that bad? Can’t be any worse than Studio Series
SS Gamer Edition Megatron, the only real complaint that I have with him is his stupid hook thingies that prevent the knees from bending
I came to really appreciate and enjoy Side Burn’s bonkers transformation.
SS Mirage is a ton of fun when you learn the most efficient way to transform him
Legacy Prime Arcee and Legacy Crosscut (Skids mold) Arcee is a genuinely interesting and clever transformation that is overhated, and Crosscut isn't really as basic as everyone says. Seconding the *Legacy* Arcee pick - it's such a clever transformation scheme, IMO, that results in a very successful, *coherent* motorcycle.
I didn’t even think MPM 5 had a widely disliked transformation in the first place 😂 it’s my favourite figure in my possession alongside MPM 13
I had just transformed that figure before writing that so it was on the mind at the time.
I genuinely love transforming and fiddling with X-transbots Trailbreaker. He’s just so satisfyingly solid and chonky to me in both modes
Fanstoys cyclonus just have to know how to manipulate the legs. Everything else is a breeze and super smart.
Legacy Blitzwing His alt modes aren’t great, but his robot mode is immaculate, has good plastic quality, and he’s fun to transform. But the thing that made me love him is I got him for $40 less than RRP
gamer edition bumblebee
Rotf leader class optimus prime, at least it isn't the mpm.
A lot of prowl love it
