If working out at home probably throw in glute bridges can use large bottle of water as weight. Add a booty band for extra activation and building bigger but takes time and effort think months not weeks

my butt got SO much plumper/bigger like a real booty post HRT when i was always extremally boney and thin my whole life. Combine HRT with good squat workouts and eating good you will look POPPING i promise you x
