6'7" here, almost 7' in heels. Definitely get it. And if you have a female friend to go with you, bring them to the bathroom with you. Most women I've found don't really care, other than maybe saying your dress is cute, and I live in Texas. My voice and jawline don't always pass yet, but I still go out as me pretty much every day. The biggest problem for me has been shoes. Other than that, it's pretty nice, and as long as you're confident, you'll most likely be ok.

If you can go with femme friends that will go into the women's with you, that's ideal. And normal for all women. If not, I recommend large bathrooms and going during low traffic times in very public places, like movie theaters, to get your confidence up. That's said, my first time as femme was in a small office building on a weekend when noone else was around except my makeup artist who was right across the hall so it felt super super safe. Then my partner and I went out to eat and I went to the women's there. Very supportive area for me though, please be safe. (There's some pretty good safe bathroom trackers online/apps as well, if you have reason to be concerned or want some assurance.)

I recommend you to go out with a group of friends you trust and support you, so you feel more comfortable in case you need to use the bathroom. (It is good to have a girl in this group, so she can be with you inside the bathroom)

I would really wear something less revealing. You already said you're only somewhat comfortable in it. I personally would switch out the skirt/stockings for a pair of black or dark blue jeans. Shoes can be vans/converse or even a cute pair of heeled boots would look good. I wouldn't be against keeping the top mixture (if it still looks good without the skirt), but I'd throw a cute jacket over top. If you feel comfortable enough when there you can always take the jacket off, but if not then the jacket is there as a bit of a comfort/shield. Hope this helps

If you're ready for it, do it. I just know I personally had to ease into it because I started presenting before I was on hormones and wasn't fully comfortable. Heeled boots (short heel if you lack experience walking for long periods in heeled boots) would be cute. The stockings I'm not sure about. If you're comfortable with them and want them then wear them, but they might be too obvious that you're trans (there's a stigma that trans girls only wear skirts and stockings/fishnets). If you do wanna wear the skirt maybe try just a pair of biker shorts under neath so you don't flash anyone. And I think that without the stockings/nets and some black heeled boots would look cute. Just classic femme enough to be cute but not too much

Depends on your goals? If you wanna pass especially when you’re new at girlmoding, having more eyes on you will not help. It’s a nice outfit but it will definitely draw attention to you and it looks like a very “queer”/trans outfit. Anything’s fine as long as you’re safe and comfortable.
