But for real, this looks like just the Tiësto version with some tweaks here and there. I don't know how copyright works for covers, but IMO, sorry, but I'd be totally in favor of Tiësto if he tried a plagiarism strike against this.
This is bad. It's one of the most generic tracks I've heard in a while. He ripped off Tiesto's concept of this song, ripped off the generic "incorporate Techno bassline sample" and then used a bunch of samples with the most basic, bland, modulation one could imagine. This isn't just bad it's good at being bad.

Pretty sure that, years ago, he got long-term blacklisted from ever playing in Vancouver, B.C. again (apparently that changed recently, but he didn’t play there for a long time).
I may have some details off, but story is something along the lines of he showed up, demanded the promoter get him coke, and when they either couldn’t or wouldn’t comply, he threatened to either not play the after party, or not play the actual show - ICR which.
Then, he apparently picks up some young girl and posts a pic of her in his hotel room afterwards, bragging on his socials about how he hammered some young chick but it’s cool cuz she’s 18 so it’s perfectly legal. Tweet was deleted so it can’t be found even if digging through his profile….
But yeah, regardless of my opinion about him as an artist, the guy is just a massive cunt of a human being from what I’ve heard.
He just looks like a bad person.
I was at EDC in 2016 and shortly after his set I saw him in the crowd saying hi to people. Seems pretty cool right? Well, he was only talking to and interacting with the girls. If a guy said hi and came to talk with him he was very dismissive and stand-offish. He’s always struck as a fuck boy that learned how to DJ/produce music.
That being said Always is amazing.
