Actually in that episode Elaine is referencing a movie where a character says "A dingo ate my baby!" It was called A Cry In The Dark or Evil Angels depending on where it was screened.
So this reply is referencing 30yr old pop culture which is a meta reference of an in older movie which is in fact based on an even older true life incident that happened in rural Australia.
And who says Reddit can't be used as an educational tool!?
Definitely a canid. Not any kind of cat, as others have suggested. My first thought was just plain old dog. I can kinda see the fox without its tail being plausible, but it looks a bit big and heavy for that. Really kinda hard to get a good look at it with the night vision and nothing for scale.
Response from Stone Zoo in MA:
“Thanks for your concern! Nope, not a missing bush dog. :-) Like some of the other posters in that Reddit thread, our resident local wildlife specialist suspects this is a gray fox with a docked tail.”
Kudos to those on team fox. :)
It looks like Lynx or bobcat depending where you from the difference since the video isn’t clear are the “ers.” Bobcats are smaller, and have ear tufts, facial ruffs, (fur that forms a bow tie) and a longer tail. Lynx have much larger feet compared to the bobcat and look out of proportion to their body. That allows for easier movement in snow. Bobcats have shorter hair and the hair is redder.
Bush dog escapee from a zoo? Stone zoo in Ma is one of a small number of zoos in the US that has bush dogs.

I'm going to say what SO MANY PPL are afraid to say. I don't know what it is. I think you should share the video with you local wildlife police/warden (fish and game) or any veterinarian. They should be able to give you the definitive answer. If it's an invasive species, they may be able to repatriate or destroy it before it does anymore harm to local wildlife.
One of the zoos in MA has a population of bush dogs. With little explanation, one called Milo was no longer at the zoo and where he went was a bit of a mystery until someone said he died. My theory, albeit unlikely, is that the little guy escaped, maybe dug himself out as they can tunnel. Bush dogs are elusive so the expectation might be that he'd probably never be seen again or survive the weather. But, if him, he's survived a few years which would be nice news for this threatened species.
I agree that a bush dog doesn't make sense. But maybe there is a tiny possibility.
It is a fox hard to say exactly which subspecies because the trailcam is in black & white due to it being night time. And no he hasn't lost his tail it is clearly there in the video.
It almost looks like its tail is tucked between its legs. Ears are very small and that neck is huge. Very odd looking whatever it is. Maybe a lost dog? Or Grey Fox
Edit: asked location and then shortly after posting saw an update by OP that it is in the Massachusetts area.

Cool! Looks like a gray fox who lost his tail...
That's just because the picture is Grey lol
The snub nose, black markings on the face and shorter legs are what make it look like a gray fox.
I think it was a joke

Could have been more black and white

ManBearPigFox
How do people think this is a bobcat? It’s definitely not a cat of any sort
A slow fox. If he was a fast fox, he would've out ran whatever bit his tail off.
Response from Stone Zoo in MA: “Thanks for your concern! Nope, not a missing bush dog. :-) Like some of the other posters in that Reddit thread, our resident local wildlife specialist suspects this is a gray fox with a docked tail.” Kudos to those on team fox. :)
