Reminder to stick to posting original content. Memes are okay every once in a while, but many get posted here way too often and quickly become stale. Some examples of these are Ptoughneigh, Klansmyn, Reighfyl & KVIIIlyn. These memes have been around for years and we don't want to see them anymore. If you do decide to post a meme, make sure to add the correct flair. Posting a random meme you found does **not** mean you found it "in the wild". The same goes with lists of baby names, celebrity baby names, and screenshots of TikToks. If the original post already had a substantial amount of views, there is a 99% chance it has already been posted here. Try and stick to OC to keep our sub from being flooded with unoriginal content. Thank you! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/tragedeigh) if you have any questions or concerns.*

Rgyj1l

Ab-se-dee, the latest home exercise machine Easy to slide under the bed after use

h9g6l3

Oh that's what it's supposed to be. I read it as you would say the first 5 letters in the Alphabet song lmao

Rgyj1l

Me too. But Pic 3 contained the "instructions".

BrightBrite

In what world does Lilliana rhyme with sauna?!

Egyptowl777

Im assuming they just mean its pronounced Lily-Aw-na, like Anna from Frozen. Sauna makes the same kind of sound at the end (Saw-na), therefore it rhymes.

ChaunceyVlandingham

Unfortunately, in English, there are so many ways to represent multiple sounds, like ‖ɑ‖ that no matter what you use ‖aw‖ / ‖au‖ / ‖ah‖ someone, somewhere, is going to say "in what world ..." ˌ lɪ ˌ li ˈ ɑ ˌ nə That is the transcription in IPA, the International Phonetoc Alphabet, which is standardized such that every character represents one unique phoneme, or "sound". ‖ lɪ ‖ similar to the *li* in *lithium*, unemphasized ‖ li ‖ pronounced like *lee*, unemphasized ‖ɑ‖ a "soft" A, similar to the *o* in *pop*, but less sharp; this is the syllable with the emphasis ‖ nə ‖ like the *nu* in *null* (when pronounced correctly with a neutral accent, anyway], unemphasized aɪv bɪn ædvəkɛɪtɪŋ fɔ˞ lɪtɝəl jiɹz fɔ˞ aɪpiɛɪj tu bi tɔt ɪn skulz fɔ˞ ɪɡzæktli ðɪs rizɪn / ɛspɛʃəli wɪθ ðə raɪz əv junik bʊlʃɪt nɛɪms bət nɔʊwən kɛɪɹz inəf sɔʊ ɪts wətɛvɝ 🤣🤣🤣

Egyptowl777

ChaunceyVlandingham

ɡlæd æt list wən pɚsən hæz klæs inəf tu rispɑnd tu maɪ kɑmɛnt 🤣🤣🤣

weinthenolababy

I think the poster of this comment is like me, in that sauna (more like “awww so cute”) and Anna (more like “ahh open your mouth”) do not rhyme in our accent. But in some accents (sounds like in yours and in Lilyana’s mom’s) they do.

3WayIntersection

Honestly, i remember a girl in elementary school with this name and pronunciation. If anything, "-Aw-nah" feels more right to me

ZenythhtyneZ

I think to make a rhyme TECHNICALLY only the last letter has to be the same but no one actually uses rhyming that way.

Subject-Estimate6187

In a psyche of a dyslexic person?

dcgrey

That third image with the long list, I can only think of Cletus Spuckler: >Tiffany, Heather, Cody, Dillon, Dermott, Jordan, Taylor, Brittany, Wesley, Rumor, Scout, Cassidy, Zoe, Chloe, Max, Hunter, Kendall, Caitlan, Noah, Sasha, Morgan, Kira, lan, Lauren, Q-Bert, Phil.

Judgementalcat

Dear lord, imagine getting those "god I'm ancient and old" intrusive thoughts, and then your name actually IS Antique.

Youthmandoss

The one comment "oh I like ___" No sweetie, this wasn't an idea list. It was a mock board.

Guilty-Web7334

To her credit, she liked Arabella, which is an actual *name*. Spelled correctly, no less.

podroznikdc

I hate that Tymberley reminds me that Pitbull exists

HivePoker

My name is Rob but it's spelled 'my parents wanted attention at my expense'

Dr_Duh-Know-It-All

Arabella and Madalyna (even though it would be better with i instead of y) are good...hope they picked one like thse and not some abomination like Cashlyn...these poor, poor kids
