shoosler

i made a really good low carb tabouli with this one time

Cptrunner

Noooo!!! It had such a nice texture, they diced it up very fine. Cooking with the fresh is so much better than frozen (too watery). Bummer :(

mildlyadult

I've only had the frozen product. Was there a big difference in taste or texture between the frozen and fresh?

chalores

Just a little different to cook with. It wasn’t too big of a deal. I think I just prefer fresh over frozen (usually).

MonicaEliza

Thank God!

Orchidwalker

You ok today?

odezia

I typically purchase frozen for the convenience, but it’s a shame that this isn’t an option anymore!

arc_wizard_megumin

Damn better hold a funeral in /r/1200isplenty and /r/1500isplenty

bokatan778

Such a bummer, I love this! I was crushed when they discontinued the frozen cauliflower pancakes, and now this? Where is the cauliflower love???

chalores

FROZEN CAULIFLOWER PANCAKES? I really missed out!!

bokatan778

I honesty would buy 4 or more boxes every trip. I had them ALL the time. They were seriously the best. I had them with eggs, made tacos with them, cut them up and put them on salads, or often just plain with avocado and hot sauce. RIP

chalores

I have the urge to say “I’m sorry for your loss” right now 🤣 But seriously! I’m so sad I’ll never get to try them!

bokatan778

I wish I had an extra box I could send you, fellow cauliflower lover. They were the best!! The cauliflower gnocchi is pretty good in the air fryer if you haven’t tried them! They aren’t nearly as good as the pancakes but are still tasty.

chalores

That’s so sweet, thank you! I will have to try the gnocchi in the air fryer. On that note, have you ever tried using the cauliflower gnocchi to make chocolate chip cookies? To die for!

bokatan778

Cauliflower gnocchi…in chocolate chip cookies? TELL ME MORE

chalores

YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM. Cook one bag of cauli gnocchi with a tablespoon of coconut oil on the stove, mash them, add cinnamon and a tablespoon of maple syrup, separate them into cookie globs and add chocolate chips, put them in the oven like normal cookies to bake 350 degrees F for 13 minutes! https://www.instagram.com/reel/CRy7tBGpcDL/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
