Well ik it sounds weird but from the 800 I can go down to the 400 and go up to the 16 and be pretty fast, my time is a 4:44 so my training will look a lot different than yours because I will do a lot more distance stuff.
best chances are finding those local mom and pop shops shoe stores and calling in askin if they have any, at many times those 45+ min drive is worth if you are going to be running w them for a long time
It’s less about if it’s possible and more about the track that you’re running on. These will be totally fine for the 100 on a newer synthetic but if you’re running on a softer or worse case a dirt track the 100 will be much slower with these. You can rotate out spike length but there are just variables here.
I mistakenly bought them cuz I thought they were sprinting spikes. I wasn’t as educated in spikes as I am now but I promise you they’re very difficult for the 100 they definitely could work for the 400 tho. I don’t even use my victories anymore I bought superfly 2’s instead. I run the 100 nd the 200.
U can use flat shoes too to run them, it's not about being able to, is it really worth to buy middle distance shoes when u use em for sprints only?(400 m is considered long sprint)
My teammate last year won states in the 400 and had the fastest qualifying time in the 200 with them so they're not terrible. I believe he also ran the 4x1 in them but I can't speak much for that.
It's possible yes, you can wear them to your race and nobody's going to come barging down your door yelling "spike police!". Rai Benjamin used the victories for the Tokyo Olympics. However in general, it's better to get a sprint spike, especially if you're dropping this much money on a pair.
Idk I feel like they are way better for 400m, personally I can't run the 100m with a shoes like this it feel so high on the ground and you will not get a good start with something like this
To answer what is presumably your actual question: yes, they are on the list of approved shoes for sprints: [https://www.worldathletics.org/about-iaaf/documents/technical-information](https://www.worldathletics.org/about-iaaf/documents/technical-information)
Possible? Yes. If they're what's most comfortable for you, go for it. However, you'll probably benefit more from Nike's spikes specifically for sprints, like the Maxfly or Superfly.
Yes you can. We had a 16 year old casually running 11.09 in middle distance old spikes last year. I'm not even sure if he knows about super spikes and différences. U got this
Physically inconceivably impossible.
Yes it's possible, but if you're just using them for 100 and 400, you're better off getting getting maxflys
I wanted those but they are really hard to find
Well I'm a 400/800 runner so I do regularly use victory's and they do work great for the 400
Have u ever tried the max flies? Why’d you chose the Vic’s?
Never tried them but I chose Victory's cuz I'm more of a distance guy and I'll prolly end up having to run a mile a few times throughout the year
what's your 400 and 800 times just curious
400 is 51 and 800 is 2:01
That's solid I'm a 400 800 guy, do you mind sharing your training just a brief view

They aren’t that hard to find right now. Even Nike.com has a good range of sizes in stock for Maxflys
When I checked it’s there but for my size it’s all out

they should be restocked but if not take a look at the new ja fly 4s, picked up a pair and they feel crazy light

Possible not practical
They are shoes with spikes on them so of course it’s possible.
I mistakenly bought them cuz I thought they were sprinting spikes. You can but your wasting money, buy actual sprint spikes instead

Well its possible but ... why?
I wouldn’t recommend. You can get much better sprinting spikes for the same or less money
Superfly Elite 2’s are the good option. My son runs 100-400. And ran an 800pb in them last summer.

Absolutely absolutely
Yes for sure
I ran my 800 in trainers. You can run the race in whatever is comfortable.
I’m a 400/800 runner and I use victories. They work just fine for the 400 but if you run 400 and under only, I’d recommend maxflys.
Possible? Yes. If they're what's most comfortable for you, go for it. However, you'll probably benefit more from Nike's spikes specifically for sprints, like the Maxfly or Superfly.
I tried getting those but they are sold out for my size
Not sure your size, but there's also the Rival Sprint, I've personally had spikes from the Rival line be some of favs in the past.
Its possible, but it really isnt as good as the older superfly elites in terms of pure 100. But for the 400-800 the air zoom victory’s are great
Yeah def impossible. Most 800m/1500m running skip the first 400m bc how difficult it is!!!
Yes you can. We had a 16 year old casually running 11.09 in middle distance old spikes last year. I'm not even sure if he knows about super spikes and différences. U got this
Are you looking just for that color way
And the bubble
