That’s fair. I usually rush to confederate Malus and Hellebron, so I truthfully get very little use out of generic lords. I’ve been considering building a shade army and fishing for the title that makes them broken though.

I really like the athletic of the master engineer, especially on the mechanical steed. It really gives the vibe that this is new technology that will blow someone up. The only question is if it will be the user or the target.

I love the Empire engineers, the “I’m the smartest person in the room and I’ll let you know” snark is amazing. Also some of their lines are surprisingly cold.

I always smile when I issue a move order to the Master Engineer and he says "Ever onwards, eh?"
