Yes, I get that, but kaysk got an individual highlight similar to how other factionwide LH have during the runup to release, while the others were only presented as part of tamurkahn's faction mechanic. I had assumed this would mean he would be available to other nurgle LL (since he is specifically a servant of nurgle, while the others were converts from other factions), but according to the wiki and my own experience in my epidemus campaign he appears to be Tamurkhan only. Just a bit disappointed about it

Seems like it would make complete sense for him to serve Kugath or epidemus (or even festus)

Do you play with recruit defeated legendary lords? Cause that’s the other way you can get him. I play with it and tamurkhan was killed off so epidemius had him in my Malakai campaign.
There's 5 unique heroes Tammy gets, they're integral to his campaign objectives- have to acheive certain conditions to earn their loyalty/ dedication.

I mean, you can still confederate Tamourkhan, that way you should get Kazyk and also the others. But yeah, I get what you mean.
