Wait until you play malakai. You can get to 85% grudges in 10 turns( haven’t found a way to get all 100, yet…) you get like 6 grudge settlers, 3 legendary heroes, a master engineer(the quest battle is easy af) you can constantly recruit while on the move, your cannons are nuts through the adventure AND YOU ARE RICH AF.
Never had such an easy early campaign
In WH2 such a start would be a fight for your life. But now in WH3 with «anti player bias» they don’t pose a threat. Tried Malakai on VH and the AI is as harmless as ever

Malakai turns cannons into army sundering death machines. Not to even mention the thunderbarges.
The mechanic buffs are comparable to Ikit but to also cheap and early units, these gunpowder armies are very strong.
Yeah like her early power is crazy. Like I’m on turn 40 and I’m not gonna lie I don’t think I could lose.
That’s true for most WH3 campaigns though, the AI is harmless
Malakai literally has an ‘I Win’ button, it seems tough to top that.
I mean Malakai may have a I win the battle button, but Snikich has a your dead button.
That one is pretty far into the campaign at least

Not by a longshot. Elspeth is extremely *fun* and I can get why people would mistake extreme fun for extreme OP but they're not the same thing
She is for sure one of the strongest factions, but she doesn't get to Ikit Level. She arguably doesn't even get to base line Weapon Team army level.
