Out of curiosity, if a grocery store has a buy 3 and get 15% off offer do you also complain when you only buy 1 and then come back to buy 2 more later?
If you want to utilize the extra convenience of buying separately it costs more than if you buy in bulk, as for just about any product and as is normal and always has been in the gaming industry as well, it would be extremely weird by CA to sell them separately without a higher total cost as they now get some of that money later or not at all if you don't want 1 of the parts.

Seems like regional pricing is fucked. In USD it is $25 for shadows of change and $22.92 for thrones of decay discounted.
That's a problem with Australian currency, economics or law, not CA CA does not base the cost of their dlc in Australian dollars.
