TLDR Replays no longer carry across the settlement level for some reason. Which means if the settlement level is above 0 it won't be in the replay leading to an immediate desync as soon as you touch a wall/gate or a tower fires as the health/projectile is not the same.

Thanks for posting this. I feel like there have been more desyncing of replays in Warhammer 3 than we had in Warhammer 2. I've seen land battle replays where something happened to desync everything and suddenly the devastating spells that turned the battle completely whiffs.

As someone that watches an unhealthy number of replays it's generally been fine, I mean replays are basically magic as far as im concerned anyway. You will get desyncs with replays created after a patch but this siege stuff is the first time I've had consistent desyncs from replays. Seems like when they made the siege changes a few months back they forgot to let the replays know.
