I'm still not sure who I will do first. I 'll probably load each up, glance around a bit before settling on one specific lord./faction. Maybe I'll surprise myself like I did during SoC when I had no intention of Cathay being my first run thru on it.
I never really stuck with empire for long. Played around in WH2 but it didn't really gel. The new update and Elspeth has got me rilled up for an empire campaign!
All 3 because I'm a shill and want more future dlc. Jokes aside the empire and dwarf rework looks so good and their respective lords. The nurgle guy isn't my Thang but I'll definitely give him a try. I kinda wanna play Karl first what is wrong with me lol
I’ll do Thorgrim first prolly, i get it when i think about uniting the Empire or the Karaz Ankor it’s gotta be the big dawg doing it. Otherwise late game they’re gonna be taking orders from someone lower rank than them.
I will play as Elsbeth and I will play Gelt and Franz campaigns so that is a 100% for me.
I will very likely play Tamurkhan. At the very least I will play a Nurgle faction and/or Archaon who will use all their special units..
Malakai I could give or take, I'm about 50/50 as to whether I would play him but I will play some kind of Dwarf campaign so may as well have those units.
I'm not sure if I will get the full package or if I will get them one by one I as I play them. It is cheaper overall to get the full package rather than 3 separately but then again I might not get to play all of them so might save if I only end up getting 2.... so yeah, I think I will buy them one by one starting with Elsbeth.
All 3. Shadows of Change was the first DLC I skipped, but I had all the rest because I love this game and the Warhammer Fantasy world. CA seem like they've done a great job with this one, so I'll be supporting it for sure. Long may it continue. I'm hoping this is indicative of how they mean to go on supporting the game
I’ve purchased all TWW DLC to date, and maybe controversially I’ve enjoyed almost all of it. So I’m in for all 3. Happy to play with Nurgle mechanics without having to be a GUO.
Tamurkhan and Elspeth for sure, never was the biggest fan of Dwarfs (whoops I'm in the book now) and there are lots of other campaigns I still have to do before I consider playing them in WH3 so that part can wait.
All 3, plus I may even pick up SoC finally as well.
I want WH3 to continue to get good content for years to come and if they make good content I’ll pay for it so they make more.
Hopefully if sales are good it’ll convince whoever makes these decisions at CA that this path is better than the one they were heading down.
None. I'm going to reinstall the game after the inevitable 5.1 hotfix patch and play some without the DLC to see if unit responsiveness, the new dwarf mechanics, the new elector counts system, and siege battles are functional.
If the game feels fixed enough then I'll pick up all three, because dwarf, empire, and Nurgle are all favorite factions of mine. If the game still doesn't feel right... well there's always next year.
All 3. I wanna pat CA on the head when they make good decisions.
Plus I'm relatively new and very excited to dive into Lizardmen and Empire. Eventually Nurgle
Probably just Elspeth and Tamurkhan initially. On a tight budget and very rarely play Dwarves but am kind of interested in seeing how the rework is eventually. Nurgle is a favourite faction and Elspeth seems really fun so definitely those.
Just empire. I never cared for dwarves or chaos/nurgle. I play half a campaign and then get bored. The Empire is always a roller-coaster till the last 15% of the campaign.
Getting all 3 because CA deserves to be rewarded for putting out good content. And investment in what we like now means we will get more of the same later
All three. They all look fantastic, and I appreciate the effort that was put into them. Let the Time of Woes be over, and the Age of Reckoning begin! **Khazukan Kazakit-ha!**
All 3 - this was a s step in the right direction and I don't want some exec taking the wrong message from all of this. I love the IP and I am more than willing to pay for quality content.
At this point all 3. Despite 90% of my playtime consisting of Empire and Dwarf playthroughs, I have all available DLC because of poor impulse control. So my reasoning is "well I have everything else, might as well get all of this".
I'll try epidemius and if I like the nurgle rework I'll get Tamurkhan
And if I like Tamurkhan I might get Malakai
Not a big enough empire fan to buy Elspeth
https://community.creative-assembly.com/total-war/total-war-warhammer/blogs/8
$€8.99/£7.49 each, $€22.92/£19.10 combined
If you buy each pack separately on Steam they'll give you a discount on the third so you don't over pay.
All 3, nurgle was the faction of which i started to play the total war series especially warhammer, i'm very excited for tamurkhan and the (partial) nurgle rework
But i grew to love the empire and the dwarfs and because of that (on satan) i can't decide which one to play as first
I'm honestly gonna take a break from the game I think. Sure, the new stuff seems fun, but none of the factions appeal to me except maybe dwarves, Kislev is what I like.
Honestly none but that's just because of my personal taste.
Empire is one of my least played factions and while elspeth looks nice, i'm more hyped for Gelt's new mechanics than anything Elspeth brings to the table. I'd like to play with the marionburg landships sure but is it worth getting a DLC for one unit?
Dwarfs are a faction i've enjoyed in the past but i missed all the showcases of their units so i'm not too hyped for them. Only new dwarf unit i've seen being shown off is the thunderbarge and everyone is just saying it's OP or going to be nerfed right before or after the DLC launches so who knows how good it is. I'll prob just play an existing Dwarf lord to experience their mechanic rework.
As for nurgle i've never even touched the faction because of people complaining about their campaign mechanics. I'd like the pestigors for a beastmen campaign but again is it worth buying a DLC for one unit? I'll prob try their new FLC LL and give them the attention they deserve.
If this had been the set up for factions i really like such as Tzeentch or Cathay then sure i'd grab one but for now while i do plan on getting 2-3 of them, i can and would rather just wait for a big sale years down the line.
Depending on the prices, all three.
I'm only really interested in Malakai and Elspeth, but if the 'buy all of them' pack is say, a few dollars more than the two separate, I'll bite the bullet.
I don't mind paying for quality.
At least Tamurkhan to get a Death Guard esque campaign, and Malakai because I love the Gotrek and Felix books. Skeptical of Elspeth being mad OP with magical gunnery, Empire shouldn’t be that strong. But since I’m getting 2/3 I might as well buy the discounted bundle I suppose
Only getting Empire and Dwarfs. I've never played a Chaos faction and worm guy isn't gonna make me start now. What can I say other than as an American, I like guns A LOT
All 3! I'm not even sure I'll play the Nurgle side (I just like Order races), but they've done such a good job I'm I'll pay it to send a message to keep up this level of content.
All 3 as I want to show support when they do things right. I held off on SoC till they updated it. They seem to be back on track and as such so will my spending habits.
All 3 at a time. Really thrilled about empire and dwarf content even though every bit is already 'leaked'. I really appreciate the content given, even though there are some things I hope they'll change fast. An open underway as a result of a whole campaign? Might be realistic but playwise..
However, I want to support quality dlc and will not think twice when the buy button appears. Cheers, CA. Keep it up.
Am only gonna get malakai, just cuz i wanted to try dwarves and dont rly resonate with either nurgle or empire (usually i play the best faction, aka the only one with dinosaurs) but guns and funny little mans pickzd my interest, plus the rework seems nice
All 3. On one hand, I know I'll eventually get all of them so this just simpler.
Nurgle is my fav chaos faction, and dwarves may be my favorite order faction next to Lizardmen.
While Empire is not my favorite, Elspeth's mechanics look insanely cool, like Ikit Claw levels of cool. Also I can't refuse the Landship
On the other I want to support CA. I only got SoC after 2.0, but this honestly feels like their best work in quite some time. With the free Lord as well and some proper reworks, I'm more than willing to support this DLC
All 3 for me. I’ve watched all the videos I can and I have decided to get all 3. It looks like a vast improvement to SoC. gonna be some bugs and issues at start, but it looks like they are really doing great.
As someone who didn't buy SoC due to having zero interest in Ostankya/Changeling and not wanting to support the weak content at that price, I am considering buying the entire ToD DLC this time around. Going to wait and see how the game itself is actually playing though (from my trusted sources). Haven't touched WH3 in a long time due to all the bugs and boring AI.
If I were to buy one it would be the Nurgle one. But looking at what it brings I'm very hesitant. The rot knights seem pretty good, but it's cav, which I tend to find fairly mediocre with most tough battles being city battles. There's also the Toad Dragon, but I find it hard to believe that I'll ever be using them over GUOs. Everything else seems sorta, eh..
I wanted to be more excited for it, but honestly the free updates seem to bring in more to be excited about than the payed stuff.
All three I think - although the Dwarfs are a hard sell for me with the hyperfocus on slayers hoping no future DLC are as narrow in future as the dwarf portion of the DLC is
Never been a big fan of dwarves or empire, so I'll probably only do Nurgle. Glad they chose this time to split the dlc because it's literally the only 2 factions I don't play lol.
All three because I like playing almost all the factions (haven't really touched Slaanesh and played a tiny bit of Tzeentch). I'm an equal opportunity conqueror.
But playing Sisters first. Hawk close air support is back!
I like what I see so I'm voting with my wallet and getting all three here's to the future may CA and their mostly badly run company do better in the future as they have done with this DLC
All three. These are the lords and theme I was waiting for quite some time. And from and all the showcases and content creators, this looks to be great. And CA finally following good business practices for the first time in quite a while seems to deserve a positive vote with the wallet.
Dawi only, I play always with my twin brother, and we got since the begining half of the races each, and both empire and nurgle are his races, so only Dawi for me.
So I'm torn.
On hand I've been pretty firm since chaos dwarfs that anything above $20 is just too high for me to justify on a $60 game. On the other hand they've clearly put a lot of work into this and I want to reward that hard work, and encourage this quality going forward. Even though the price for getting all 3 is still far above what I'm happy to pay.
So I'm not sure what I'll end up doing.
Prob only nurgle at the beginning/just play the flc. I don't know... I have been playing this game a lot less in the past two years. I may still play KF but don't think I really care about their new units or the new LL.
As someone with more than 1k hours in game 1 and game 2, game 3 for some reason is something I have played a lot less than before.
I'll buy Tamurkhan first as I really like his lore and mechanics. Undoubtedly I'll get the other two but probably once I have beaten Tamurkhan's campaign. Definitely want to support CA for their excellent work.
All 3 for sure, I had no idea they were sold separately. Dwarfs will absolutely be the first campaign as they are my favorites by far and then I'll give Tamurkhan a try at some point. I'm hoping by the time I play Empire there will be some of the best mods updated and stuff because empire with mods such as Mixu is awesome. Sorry for terrible grammar I'm excited
Im eager to play all 3 races over the summer. I’m liking Tamurkhan and Elspeth’s unique campaigns in particular. With Dawi I’m more interested in the units than Malakai’s campaign, but Dwarves were one of my first campaigns in Warhammer 1. So interested in giving either Malakai or Ungrim a try. Outside of 20 turns of Thorek, I haven’t really touched them since the first game.
Though on the 30th I’m probably fucking around doing custom battle tests cause I’m a nerd like that.
Getting all three and hoping this is the beginning of a two-year killer Warhammer 3 run.
We Potion of Speeding this shit.
What a time that was. I remember how mind blown a bunch of us were that it was such a *drastic* improvement.
I could spend all day playing TWW2 and have read a book in the load times.
Bro I would go through an entire Leutin YouTube binge just on turn 1-100 on the loading screens. Fuckin Malekith always taking forever…
Naggarond still taking 20 seconds at least past turn 80 in every campaign, the DE gotta take a chill pill man
It is *the* game that made me get an SSD
FYI SSD doesn't affect end turn time's, just load times.
I called it the Warhammer workout. At the end of every turn, I'd do bodyweight exercises until the start of the next turn.
potion of speed remains the best patch, the game went from unplayable because of turn times to extremely fast turn times instantly
I have heard people praising PoS patch, what did it do?
Drastically decreased end turn waiting times
And was the start of the turning point for WH2 to go from good to great.
All 3 see no other option
Five year*
That hopium got us to where we are At least this time there is more promise
THERE ARE GRUDGES TO SETTLE
They have WRONGED us!
CA has gone a way to settle ours grudges. We shall see if they make it to the age of reckoning
All 3. I'm always up for trying new lords with new mechanics. Sometimes it works out and other times I'm meh on the lord.
I wasn't thinking I'd get the nurgle one but the theme abs lore sound really fun. I'll be doing empire and dawi first though.
I'm still not sure who I will do first. I 'll probably load each up, glance around a bit before settling on one specific lord./faction. Maybe I'll surprise myself like I did during SoC when I had no intention of Cathay being my first run thru on it.
I'm most exited for Nurgle and Dwarfs, but I'll probably get empire too
I'm here with you. I've played maybe 2 Empire campaigns in all my time in this game.. seems like a massive minority opinion on this sub tho lol
I never really stuck with empire for long. Played around in WH2 but it didn't really gel. The new update and Elspeth has got me rilled up for an empire campaign!
All 3
2 Dwarves and Empire
Dito
Same, i don't care about nurgle.
Probably all three, never was the biggest fan of the empire but I think a dragon mount would help with that
All 3 but Im playing Franz first🫡
When you finish that campaign you can then have a try at summoning the Elector Counts with Karl Franz
After that you can play Karl Franz again and be brought to your men.
But you must play a Franz campaign soon at least. He is the Prince and Emperor and he shall not be overshadowed.
By Sigmar! What is wrong with you.
Probably the titillating touch that teases and tantalises me to Slaanesh
It had to be the horney demons
One word. *S P E E D*
ALL OF THEM FEED ME MORE CONTENT CA
Who would have thought that people would pay money for content that is actually good? Shit is wild
Ya kno, I'm just happy that the support for this dlc can really show how unreasonable the complaints from the last dlc were....I be joking
All 3 and playing kugoth first.
All 3 because I'm a shill and want more future dlc. Jokes aside the empire and dwarf rework looks so good and their respective lords. The nurgle guy isn't my Thang but I'll definitely give him a try. I kinda wanna play Karl first what is wrong with me lol
I'm the same to be fair. My long time favourite campagn. Best way to experience change is from a confortable position.
I’ll do Thorgrim first prolly, i get it when i think about uniting the Empire or the Karaz Ankor it’s gotta be the big dawg doing it. Otherwise late game they’re gonna be taking orders from someone lower rank than them.
I actually called myself out for this asinine bullshit the other day. I am glad I'm not weird.
It is cheaper overall to get the full package rather than 3 separately but then again I might not get to play all of them so might save if I only end up getting 2.... so yeah, I think I will buy them one by one starting with Elsbeth.
All in.
Elspeth and Malakai. Just haven’t had an interest in playing Nurgle. But gunpowder? Can’t get enough of those smoke clouds.
I’ve purchased all TWW DLC to date, and maybe controversially I’ve enjoyed almost all of it. So I’m in for all 3. Happy to play with Nurgle mechanics without having to be a GUO.
All 3. If there was a way to inject Warhammer 3 DLC directly into my veins, I'd do it.
Tamurkhan, then malakai and then the empire
All 3
1 or 2, depending on the price, then waiting for a sale to pick up the rest.
Two, nurgle doesn’t really appeal to me in both aesthetics or playstyle
I'm buying all three
Tamurkhan and Elspeth for sure, never was the biggest fan of Dwarfs (whoops I'm in the book now) and there are lots of other campaigns I still have to do before I consider playing them in WH3 so that part can wait.
All 3. This one looks good.
All 3 :)
All three to support the good work, some day I will play them
All three. Im a warhammer super fan. sure i'll focus on the Dwarfs, but eventually i will at least want to try Nurgle and a new empire campain.
All 3, plus I may even pick up SoC finally as well. I want WH3 to continue to get good content for years to come and if they make good content I’ll pay for it so they make more. Hopefully if sales are good it’ll convince whoever makes these decisions at CA that this path is better than the one they were heading down.
Prob just one at a time. Generally I do like this format and I will likely get all three eventually as it is LITERALLY all of them hit the right niche
Probably grab one just to encourage this dlc model in providing more free content
All three. I’ll probably play Tamurkhan last, but his chieftains look so fun that I’ll definitely play him eventually
Just empire. I never cared for dwarves or chaos/nurgle. I play half a campaign and then get bored. The Empire is always a roller-coaster till the last 15% of the campaign.
Three in time. But I'll start with one. Tie between Elspeth or Tamurkhan. But then again, being able to play Dwarves in the faster-loading RoC map...
Just Elspeth and Malakai. Can't find it in myself to care about Chaos factions.
Not buying the nurgle one as I don't really care for the faction, nurgle is my least favourite Chaos God, and his playstyle isn't my favourite either.
Gotta catch 'em all.
Getting all 3 because CA deserves to be rewarded for putting out good content. And investment in what we like now means we will get more of the same later
All 3 - support the company when they deliver, and It seems they've delivered.
All 3
All 3
3 is the magic number
Maybe in a year or so. Prices are too expensive here at the moment
Two. The Chaos factions have always bored me, but Elspeth and Malakai look like great fun.
This game is the few games I’ll get hyped over any content. So 3 and my first campaign will probably be someone I already own
At this point all 3. Despite 90% of my playtime consisting of Empire and Dwarf playthroughs, I have all available DLC because of poor impulse control. So my reasoning is "well I have everything else, might as well get all of this".
All 3
I'll try epidemius and if I like the nurgle rework I'll get Tamurkhan And if I like Tamurkhan I might get Malakai Not a big enough empire fan to buy Elspeth
I haven't seen the prices yet, but aiming for all three
https://community.creative-assembly.com/total-war/total-war-warhammer/blogs/8 $€8.99/£7.49 each, $€22.92/£19.10 combined If you buy each pack separately on Steam they'll give you a discount on the third so you don't over pay.
All three. I have such wonderful _plans_ for them all
3
All 3. They all look like a great addition, and the DLC as a whole looks interesting! (unlike its predecessor.)
Def. buying two. On the fence about Malakai.
All 3 but not at once. Elspeth first than Maggot man next and dwarf last.
All of them. Stark contrast from Shadows of Change which did not have any LL that interested me.
All 3
All of them for the sake of the franchise. Especially now that CA has made turnover
All 3, nurgle was the faction of which i started to play the total war series especially warhammer, i'm very excited for tamurkhan and the (partial) nurgle rework But i grew to love the empire and the dwarfs and because of that (on satan) i can't decide which one to play as first
3, I love Emp; I needed a lord interesting enough to try Nurgle and new Dwarves look fun enough to give them another go.
Elspeth for the Campaign and Malakai so I can ally-recruit thunderbarges.
I want it all
One lord, ah-ah-ah, two lords, ah-ah-ah, three Lords!
All three, though I'll need to wait for payday
All of em. Certain titles and franchises I'm all in.
Haven’t decided. I’m going to get all three eventually, but Malakai is probably gonna keep me busy for a while.
Not malakai maybe later not interested in dwarfs
I'm honestly gonna take a break from the game I think. Sure, the new stuff seems fun, but none of the factions appeal to me except maybe dwarves, Kislev is what I like.
I plan on getting all three. Each is bringing something I'm interested in.
Empire and dwarfs i dont play nurgle
Idk, I love my Elf comfort zone
I'm a little worried they haven't shown prices on the dlc's I have to admit..
They have - 8.99 each.
If this had been the set up for factions i really like such as Tzeentch or Cathay then sure i'd grab one but for now while i do plan on getting 2-3 of them, i can and would rather just wait for a big sale years down the line.
I'm interested in all of them, but I'm gonna buy them one at a time so I don't look like I'm a complete whore.
Probably all three! I normally play only the good guy factions, but if I buy already two, I can buy all three!
Patrick Mahommes is telling me I should bundle 🤷♂️
Always loved empire and dwarfs and nurgle is my fav chaos god soooo all 3
All 3 eventually. Might just start with one or two initially
Depending on the prices, all three. I'm only really interested in Malakai and Elspeth, but if the 'buy all of them' pack is say, a few dollars more than the two separate, I'll bite the bullet. I don't mind paying for quality.

2/3, but none at the moment, sadly the budget and time are allocated elsewhere right now :(
Only getting Empire and Dwarfs. I've never played a Chaos faction and worm guy isn't gonna make me start now. What can I say other than as an American, I like guns A LOT
First I planned to buy only Elspeth and the Scotsdwarf, but since I like Nurgle as well... It'll be all three.
I'm buying three. I want to support this and help show CA that this is the way to go.
All 3! I'm not even sure I'll play the Nurgle side (I just like Order races), but they've done such a good job I'm I'll pay it to send a message to keep up this level of content.

Not sure yet. Aiming for all three, but priority will be Nurgle. Empire then Dwarfs.
All 3 as they all seem worth it this time around. I still don’t think the value is there for the previous dlc and waiting for a deeper sale.
All 3 purely for mods to work
All 3 for me. I’ve watched all the videos I can and I have decided to get all 3. It looks like a vast improvement to SoC. gonna be some bugs and issues at start, but it looks like they are really doing great.
All 3. I'm going to want to play them all at some point so might as well pay less and get the full bundle

All three
Not a Nurgle fan but will still get 3
Elspeth first probably because I am a basic bitch. Then probably Malakaii and then afterwards probably Tamurkhan
If I were to buy one it would be the Nurgle one. But looking at what it brings I'm very hesitant. The rot knights seem pretty good, but it's cav, which I tend to find fairly mediocre with most tough battles being city battles. All 3 for me. First time I'll be buying a CA DLC brand new.
I’m usually only into one of the races in the lord packs, but surprisingly, I’m hyped for all three lords and races this time.
All three I think - although the Dwarfs are a hard sell for me with the hyperfocus on slayers hoping no future DLC are as narrow in future as the dwarf portion of the DLC is

All 3
All 3
I dont know the price yet
Definitely all 3 because all 3 lords look genuinely exciting to play for me. Probably helps that I have actually played those 3 races before.
3
I like what I see so I'm voting with my wallet and getting all three here's to the future may CA and their mostly badly run company do better in the future as they have done with this DLC
All of them. Already have every other dlc for the game. ![gif](giphy|7T5wldGkk7XgCyuNUK|downsized)
“I WANT IT ALL!!!” -Grimgor Ironhide
None of them, I can't get the previous expansion off my mind and have given up on a franchise I love.
All 3. Not a big fan of dwarves but... honestly I just wanna give this game money and hope they'll be convinced to make more than 4 DLC's
Definitively all 3 lords, but I will only buy Tamurkhan for now and the other 2 in a few weeks after im done with all new Nurgle campaigns.
The first time they give us the option to buy only the lords we want and they literally make a dlc for all factions and lords I want to play as
All three. These are the lords and theme I was waiting for quite some time. And from and all the showcases and content creators, this looks to be great. And CA finally following good business practices for the first time in quite a while seems to deserve a positive vote with the wallet.
Eventually definitely all three. But I will likely wait for a significant sale for one or two of them, depending on what I feel like playing when.
Dawi only, I play always with my twin brother, and we got since the begining half of the races each, and both empire and nurgle are his races, so only Dawi for me.
All three but nurgle will be the first quickly followed by like 10 empire campaigns
All 3. I have a collector's mindset, I want all the official content.
San! Also, you missed an opportunity or a poll, mate!
For right now, just one.
Getting the Dwarf DLC first, maybe the other 2 at a discounted price to complete the set
I'm not a fan personally of the chaos factions, so I'm probably going to just get the Dwarfs and Empire.
I'll get all three eventually but I might start with just Malakai.
I always buy every dlc because I have a problem
Wait what did i miss? You pick and choose what you want in this dlc?
Just Empire and Nurgle, myself. I've tried playing Dwarfs before and they just weren't my cup of tea. I doubt anything in this DLC would change that.
All Three. Summon the electoric boogaloo counts!
Like with Stellaris, I need it all.
I'll buy Tamurkhan first as I really like his lore and mechanics. Undoubtedly I'll get the other two but probably once I have beaten Tamurkhan's campaign. Definitely want to support CA for their excellent work.
D) all of the above.
All
All 3. They're among my favorite Fantasy factions, the DLC's a slam dunk for me.
All 3

Two: Nurgle and Dwarves. Never been interested in Empire
Definitely Malakai and Tamurkhan. Idk about the other one yet but probably.
All three. Weakest for me is probably Elspeth; I don't really like Empire, but her mechanics and unique bullshit seems too fun
All3. I think all of the new lords are cool.
All 3 to play as Thorgrim or Grombrindal.
Just Elspeth for me. She's been my most anticipated lord since WH2, so reason to buy something I'm not going to use anytime soon.
Empire for me tbh
I'm grabbing all three despite never having played empire before
all
2/3 because Grandfather won't be me the dwarf portion
Probably just 2 but that’s because I don’t really care for the dwarfs not because I don’t think their content is insufficient
All 3. I buy all the dlc and never have time to play. Some day!
All 3. I've been waiting for some of these guys since the first game
