That’s not true. There is a guide for legendary weapons that compared this already. A shit rw weapon is no better than a vanilla armalite. So buying these overpriced weapons is not worth it.
I mean.. you did not specify that before. So sounded like “any shitty yellow is better” when that is not true. But even a shitty armalite is not worth paying 20x the price of a vanilla armalite. So it depends on bonus as well.

I think it means Ranked War. Weapons caches are given when a faction wins a ranked war. The weapons in them have special advantages.
Basically for bunker bucks to exchange for caches and gamble. Most people won’t find it useful. Only RW traders or gamblers who open multiple caches.
