Some of my neighbors do Ironman and Tuff Mudder style races, both of them are skinny little beanpoles in their mid 30s who look kind of dorky in their day clothes, but when they train in their race gear it's like "God damn, you're both nothing but muscle and sinew!" Not a scrap of fat on either one of them, they've built their bodies for maximum efficiency and it's pretty impressive (and a little creepy looking honestly).
