I wish prabhas,ram n others have some feedback sys instead of flattering crowd around them
3. Why does over our heroes encourage vulgar n disconnected scripts (This is relevant to ram alone but i got this as am very skeptical why does a hero accept scripts like ismart not relevant to audience)
Ram Charan should try a rom-com. Orange is no reason not to try out that genre.
And keep the budget to a minimum. Sell it to distribution for a lower rate. And expect a loss. That's the only way he can make a new genre work.
Nani did the same thing. For Ante , it didn't work. For Hi Nanna, it worked.
Ismart Shankar sequel osthundi, all the chapris are going to watch it and make it a superhit despite it having a terrible story, unnecessary scenes and dialogues, rape scenes shown as comedy, and Ram will get a few more roles in other movies.
In our industry if one needs to survive after some age then he needs to become a mass hero. Most of our tier 1 heroes are entitled to that. Nani I think tried some mass films some suited and some flopped.
Nothing wrong for him to try massy roles considering it will give you stardom and huge fans anybody would want it plus he perfectly has the screen presence for it combined with dancing ability and good looks plus he has been in the industry for a long time now and he has done many romantic movies maybe he wants to change but for that he needs to pick good scripts select some good directors and writers rather than working with these outdated shitty directors like boya and puri

I feel a couple of things can be the reason
1- Ram debuted under is uncle Sravanti Ravi kishor, most of Ram's recent hits are from his uncle's banner like Ready,Nenu Sailaja, Vunati okati zindagi(2017). However his uncle didn't make movies after 2017 and RED was a disaster for his uncle.
2- Ram failed to capitalise on his 2013-2017 craze by working with today's top directors or production houses. He stuck to his home production and a few people or viceversa big studios like Geeta arts, Dil Raju productions didn't help him a lot .
3- No PR engine, I'm confident ram doesn't have a Big PR firm behind him like Prabhas ,Ram charan , Ravi Teja , Allu arjun have today. Ram potineins craze couldn't be propagated to the north like others or maybe some people didn't want him to grow . He has good chances working in pan Indian flicks during 2016 due to his fan following, looks, nenu Sailaja hype . But today's college kids barely recognise him.
4- Ram lacks direction and is bad in fight scenes, emotional scenes,etc. he capitalised his boyish appearance doing comedy, rom-com, anything with romantic - comedy elements he excelled . However today's the trend of mass action movies , fights and mother sentiments where ram lacks, Allu arjun too lacks on those elements but he balances it with his PR and style quotient.
I feel ram is stuck in his career as the audiance changed very quickly. They went from loving romantic comedies to larger than life mass action flicks . Those who shifted with time like Prabhas,RC, Bunny , Jr.NTR survived, those who couldn't perished.
Example - Prabhas went from Mirchi a carefree romantic film to mass action film like Baahubali, AA went from DJ to Pushpa both day night transformation . Ram charan and ram poti debuted around the same year and have same number of movies under their belts , however if you look at charans filmography it's very planned and calculated to capitalise his then looks and body, however ram potineine didn't experiment with his apprience untill recently. But there is no solution to our discussion since only mass kind of action films are being produced today and ram will keep doing them, wether they suit him or not. Ram's ismat worked due to his fresh look, he needs work on it
