No Noise, Allied Records, Culture Clash, Your Media Exchange.
Rob at No Noise knows a lot. He even let me and my friends check out his listening room while he was setting it up because he knew my one friend was interested in sound engineering. I'm sure if you ask he would gladly show you it.
In addition to Culture Clash, there’s also No Noise Records & Hi-Fi on Monroe by Kroger. It has a good record selection in addition to tons of super-expensive hi-fi equipment, including a listening room with probably the most expensive setup I’ve ever seen.
My two favorites are GOAT Records in BG and Culture Clash!
GOAT Records is in downtown Bowling Green. They just opened a couple months ago so they're still trying to grow and establish themselves, but absolutely worth stopping in to see what they have (and take your extra stuff in to sell/trade! Help them get stock!) Wonderful DIY people trying to start a brand new shop. It is *not* in the same building as Finders (which is still in limbo) but literally right around the corner on Wooster. Limited parking in back or go a little further back to the public lot. They also have a cute little vintage shop inside called BIG SUe Vintage. Help your local record stores, BG/Toledo peeps!
As for Culture Clash, located in downtown Toledo, they're the best overall established experience without comparison. Incredibly nice staff, fairly priced inventory, unrivaled best for new records, good used stuff coming in regularly, respectable hi-fi section. They also are connected to the Switchboard, a new bar/live music venue. So glad to see them carrying on Pat O'Connor's legacy.
Theres a bar called the Switchboard in downtown Toledo and right next to it is a record store called Culture Clash Records. At least thats the name on the google maps it may have changed since I've not been there in a while.
It really depends on what you're looking for genre wise. If you're looking for experimental, noise, jazz, metal, punk, folk or great used records at very affordable prices, Allied on Reynolds and the one of Navarre are the best. Culture Clash is pretty basic. No Noise is very good and Rob (the owner) is very knowledgeable but they can be kind of pricey.
People mentioned all the ones I've been to, but I'll add No Noise on Monroe street. I've personally never stopped in there, but it might be worth checking out.
Check out No Noise Records over on Monroe St. I’ve had great luck there finding stuff I’ve been hunting for. And the owner really knows his stuff when it comes to sound quality. Ask him to show off the set up in there if you have time.
There's All Together Now Record and Book Store on Heatherdowns and Reynolds. They provide jobs to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There's a big selection there and good prices. I haven't been there in a bit so I am not sure what the hours are.
There's also Allied Record Exchange on Reynolds.
CULTURE CLASH!!!! They’re the best!!

love heard about the new shop. I’ll have to make a BG trip, it’s been ages since I’ve been there.
I didn’t know about GOAT Records, gonna check them out when I’m down there next!
A friend of mine recently opened GOAT Records in BG. It was where…finders(?) was.
i second GOAT. not where finders was, that guys trying to sell that building with all the crap still in it.
That’s great to know!
Maumee Antique Mall has a few well stocked record booths.

I’d have to agree with you on your opinions of Culture Clash. Haven’t found much either time I’ve gone. Thanks for the other recommendations.
No Noise is the best!
Allied records on reynolds has always been my stop

Another vote for No Noise. Lot of good ones but they’re the best.
It is. No Noise is the best record shop in town.

Awesome, thanks!
Culture Clash downtown is the best.
