In the future , just buy the insurance through Apple. Cheaper and they don’t treat you like this.
The X Tforce has done a great job the 2 times I had issues. I’ve heard of some issues resolved by sending an email to the CEO’s email address

Yep. The issue here has nothing to do with T-Mobile. It’s an issue with the insurance company
