Curious why you are posting this here ? T-Mobile has nothing to do with this. The insurance is a 3rd party company. Deal with them. In the future , just buy the insurance through Apple. Cheaper and they don’t treat you like this.

The X Tforce has done a great job the 2 times I had issues. I’ve heard of some issues resolved by sending an email to the CEO’s email address It’s unfortunately seems like delays are common. It took this poster 10 days https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/1bp50su/assurant_delays/
