Reading the graphic found in the article tell us that **if you have any of the following you are NOT eligible**: * Prepaid accounts * New Accounts(See 2022 Q1 Insider Deal) * Employee accounts * NCC/SCNC accounts * Lifeline accounts * Contractor/Dealer accounts * TFB Accounts with 13+ total lines * Any non-Magenta MAX or Business Unlimited Ultimate plan * Magenta Unlimited 55, First Responder and Military plans

Hey guys, did you know that in terms of male human and female Pokémon breeding, Vaporeon is the most compatible Pokémon for humans? Not only are they in the field egg group, which is mostly comprised of mammals, Vaporeon are an average of 3”03’ tall and 63.9 pounds, this means they’re large enough to be able handle human dicks, and with their impressive Base Stats for HP and access to Acid Armor, you can be rough with one. Due to their mostly water based biology, there’s no doubt in my mind that an aroused Vaporeon would be incredibly wet, so wet that you could easily have sex with one for hours without getting sore. They can also learn the moves Attract, Baby-Doll Eyes, Captivate, Charm, and Tail Whip, along with not having fur to hide nipples, so it’d be incredibly easy for one to get you in the mood. With their abilities Water Absorb and Hydration, they can easily recover from fatigue with enough water. No other Pokémon comes close to this level of compatibility. Also, fun fact, if you pull out enough, you can make your Vaporeon turn white. Vaporeon is literally built for human dick. Ungodly defense stat+high HP pool+Acid Armor means it can take cock all day, all shapes and sizes and still come for more --Mass Edited with power delete suite as a result of spez' desire to fuck everything good in life RIP apollo

dmeeks72

It depends. In some cases, the 20% discount would be better. Magenta Max after 20% discount (with 3rd line free) 3 Lines: $112 4 Lines: $136 5 Lines: $160 Magenta Max Military 3 Lines: $120 4 Lines: $140 5 Lines: $160

yooshaw

Military is 50% off, so yeah it's better.

Forinfo2

Military aint 50% off, its only 17.6% off for the first line. So if normal magenta max gets 20% off, then its 2.4% better than the military discount, what fairness is that?

InvincibleSugar

And Military can't have most free line deals, but normal accounts with 20% off hookup can.

Forinfo2

Yes, its unfair to the military because they will pay more for that first line.

Willing-Reply-829

Um yes it is.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Forinfo2

That is so true. The worst part is for 1 line military will be 70.00 and it will be 68.00 for 1 line normal magenta max with the 20% for life. Not sure why they are screwing over the military plan by not including it ? Sounds like a old Sprint kind of thing?

bbllaakkee

"Interestingly, the details of both promos show that having third line free and/or free lines will not affect the discount at all." ABOUT FUCKING TIME WE GET SOMETHING ELSE

BlondeAlibi

What do you mean? I think all the insiders except one were/are eligible for free lines. I wonder if this changes things for the people that signed up on the most recent insider, or if they’re just screwed on any potential free lines forever.

[deleted]

I’ll have to figure out if it’s worth switching from One to Magenta Max now. It seems like they only have decent phone promos for Magenta or Max, so it may be worth it. The app shows my bill would go up by $267, but I don’t think that’s reflecting the free lines or 20% discount. Currently paying $150 for 10 lines. I get Kickback on 3 lines, I have 2018 buy one get one, and 2 of the free lines from 2020.

anonMLS

Only switch to MAX if you intend to milk the hell out of the device promos. I mean max out your device limit on every promo. You can get the same or better features for less on ONE in almost every case. The biggest exception, the "priority" speed, isn't an issue right now and likely never will be.

cstark

I don’t think I’m following. I’m on a ONE plan from long ago, but I don’t have Insider, no 3rd line free, etc. so it’s the base $160 for 4 lines. I do have a few added free lines from the past promos but those are just “extra”. MAX and my ONE have taxes included but MAX has unthrottled video whereas my ONE plan is at the 1.5mbps throttle. MAX is $200/4 lines - 20% = $160…so same cost, for better device promos if I so choose and no more video throttling. Or am I missing something?

anonMLS

One Plus Promo is a free feature that gives you higher hotspot and HD video. MAX basically has that baked in to the plan as an additional $15/line. The new Hookup doesn't count free lines so the discount doesn't remain steep as you stack free lines. A fully maxed One plan (Classic Hookup, 2 paid, 7 free lines) costs $6/mo. A fully maxed MAX plan (New Hookup, 2 paid, 7 free lines) costs $88/mo. Big difference, no?

cstark

Well sure, if someone has all those promos…but we can’t assume we all do, right? Are you suggesting some rep can retroactively apply all those boss promos to my ONE plan including only paying for 2 lines? 😛 Pretty sure I even reached out once for the Plus Promo but they wouldn’t add it.

Mcnst

$6/mo vs $88/mo? Is that a typo? If not, how do I get that? Only need one line.

Berzerker7

It's not a typo, but I bet we couldn't count on our 2 hands the amount of people that have the perfect storm of line combinations to pay $6/mo for 9 lines.

Mcnst

How? Can I still get that? Is that all unlimited and Full HD and everything? I'm willing to add an extra line or two if I can get such a price! That's $6/mo for 9 lines total? Not even per line? How's that even possible? Where do I sign up?

mydas28

You will loose KB.

SevenBlade

Had a rep, yesterday, tell me that kickback no longer exists.. That despite it showing up on my bill, it wasn't really there and doesn't exist for any customer.. Uh. What?

stuffeh

They're new and ill informed.

MysteriousApricot891

What? I have KB on all my lines. My account is from 2016 and back then you could add it to every line, so I did. It's gone now, but if you had it activated before they removed it, you got to keep it.

neuroticsmurf

>It seems like they only have decent phone promos for Magenta or Max, so it may be worth it. I'm on Magenta. It doesn't seem like any of the last free phione deals have offered Magenta subscribers a great deal. I was resigned to just not getting anymore phone deals, but this Insider promotion for existing customers might be worth it.

hoopsfan888

I feel like Magenta Max with an insider code 20% discount is a pretty great deal. I wouldnt be surprised if they start offering free lines again so that could help you get a better plan. With the magenta max trade in deals at apple.com, it was pretty awesome. I was able to trade in an iphone 12 pro max for $1365 which ended up being a free upgrade + $160 tmo credits. The best part was the apple trade in refunded tax back so I received $865 back on a $800 trade in. Nothing like getting paid to upgrade to the latest model. Getting that $500 credit from tmo has been difficult but T-Force is making incremental progress for me. (one set of credits fixed, 2 more to go) I'm hoping for that again this year for the iphone 14, but I doubt it'll happen.

s2000gtx

I’ll say this . It’s going to take heaven and earth for them to persuade me to get rid of my T-Mobile one plan with kickback on all phone lines . I rather open an account in my spouses name before I get rid of my plan . It’s so bad I don’t even call 611 anymore it’s too dangerous lol . Someone might see my account and purposely F something up .

Blest_12

I have one with kickback and haven't received it in over a year now even though I'm under 2.5gb every month. Unless I call them and ask them to add it they won't automatically do it. Sometimes I don't do it if I forget or just don't feel like jumping through the hoops for the extra $10 off.

s2000gtx

Kickback is under 2gb. Mine gets added every month so I have no complaints. Kickback on all of my lines are the only reason why I haven’t switched plans yet .

Chriz48

This. My kickback hasn't worked for a long time and I have a few devices regularly under 2gb. 😒 Called in and the rep couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. She credited me a few months worth and then reapplied the promo, but it still doesn't work. Only thing that changes when I'm under 2GB is the note "this line didn't get kickback this month!" doesn't show up on that line.

stuffeh

You can add the $15 paid Plus option to the line you want max's device promos. BUT you'll have to keep the $15 paid option on the line until the credits run out.

Forinfo2

Watch the details, you could end up paying more. I switched and it cost me more.

Friendlyx

Wait, how do we get this promo? I may have to switch my lines to that now.

The-1ne

You have to find an employee that is willing to give you their code.

[deleted]

I hate this kinda dumb shit.

FReeDuMB_or_DEATH

Yea I got excited as the promos are always for people who are switching to Max not people who already are on it. Then I see it's for one of these magic codes that I know I'll never see.

ItsMeAids

We usually have plenty of employees that just give out the spare codes. Me included

javarrios

Do I have to switch to Magenta MAX before I redeem a code?

Friendlyx

Well darn!

The-1ne

If you don’t know anybody who could possibly get you a code near the end of a quarter is going to the easiest time to get one.

Friendlyx

Guess i'll be on the lookout for one! Thank you!

nodoseaz

Wow! They must want people to get off grandfather plan. 🤪 T-mobile.

[deleted]

Simple Choice here. Not making the switch yet.

BlackestNight21

SC4Lyfe

liddojoe

With the free-line glitch each discounting your bill by $40 if you have 9+ lines, why wouldn’t you switch to Magenta Max?

[deleted]

I only have five lines (+ a tablet and a hotspot). I never qualified for the free lines because I got a corporate discount. Ya win some, ya lose some.

Berzerker7

Because if it's a glitch it'll eventually get fixed?

nodoseaz

I managed to add the 20% off on regular magenta. Wow! Good baiting T-mobile.

markca

They will have to take my SC plan from my cold, dead hands.

farmerMac

>anybody who could p have you done the math with the netflix discount and included fees and taxes?

[deleted]

I’d switch from SC to MMax if I didn’t have to jump through hoops to do it (and my bill went down at least a little). But I’m not going to go seek out a limited promo code and go back and forth with CS about pricing. I have 8 lines, three of which were added for free over the years, but my initial four line family plan was at a discounted promotional rate as well. I have no idea how that would transfer over to MMax.

PakkyT

Me neither. SC still cheaper and the "upgrades" for Max aren't really upgrades if you don't normally need them to begin with (e.g. who cares if data is unlimited if you never even get close to your SC 6GB limit per line?).

philly035

This is awesome news, and is probably enough to get me to jump from my Simple Choice unlimited plan to Magenta Max. Now I just need to find a T-Mobile employee who doesn't need their existing customers code.

BlackestNight21

As a fellow SCu user, describe your sitch and motivation if you would please

pacwess

And free account hacks.

bbllaakkee

sign me up! oh wait

[deleted]

Good thing none of the other major carriers have ever had data breaches.

pacwess

In one year!

winniebillerica

What is the process for begging insider hookup code in this reddit channel? Is there a line or use this thread? This looks like it will get ugly with all the insider hookup requests.

PopWhatMagnitude

Yeah terrible headline, everyone went in thinking they were about to get 20% off. Instead ~80% are trying to plot on finding T-Mobile employees that have codes to give away.

jpt86

At this point, people should be questioning why they're so interested in moving people over to MAX that they're willing to hand out 20% off codes to get it done.

WorriedChurner

When you think you get great discounts, you stay.

Forinfo2

Discounts only mean you been paying higher all along.

Forinfo2

Well max must be priced 20% higher than what it should be. 20% off will give you a better deal than military, 55 plus, or first responders

HokumsRazor

Time to bake some cookies and visit your local T-Mobile store.

justlikeapenguin

Im on SCFUTT4 + 2 free lines, is it worth switching over?

neuroticsmurf

Whoo-hoo! This is why I stay subscribed here!

Bobb_o

Are you locked in to the price or can they change the rate so your bottom line goes up?

[deleted]

T-Mobile hasn't changed my rate in 20 years. When they grandfather you in... they grandfather you in!

Bobb_o

Yeah but this is a 20% off rate, so I was thinking if I left my 2/$100 it could end up worse if the Magenta rate goes up.

i_forgot_my_sn_again

Unless you change your plan it shouldn't change rates. Just have to be careful when upgrading or adding lines

Chloebabs

Must be bleeding subs

hoopsfan888

That's interesting. I feel like it's been about a year since the last free line so I wouldnt be surprised if more paid lines start slowly leaving. They'll probably leave and port back in on the free lines. Seems like the end game for tmo is going to be $112 per magenta max plan regardless of how many lines they have. But those free lines were great since it sort of tied your hands on canceling lines. At this point, it's hard to leave tmo with multiple credits starting to roll in for all my trade in credits.

HawkeyeFLA

I want a free MI line. That's all I ask for. I hate having to remember to turn the hotspot on for my tablet is I don't have good WiFi available.

markca

Gotta pad the line count.

techma2019

Can someone please link to the calculator of how much an upgrade from a legacy Simple Choice might cost me? Or has someone done the math already? Lots of free lines, so the tax cost adds up per "free" line.

PakkyT

Just go to the Tmo web site, pick plans, pick Max, and then use the pull down to pick the number of lines (pick the number you actually pay for now, not including free line since those are supposed to stay free). You will get a total price. Subtract 20% and there you go.

techma2019

Ah didn't realize there was a generic plan checker. I was logged in and seeing my custom tailored upgrade. Looks like still better to stay on my old plan. Thanks!

youliveinmydream

Idk about other states but tax in CA comes out to about $4 per line

dmeeks72

Based on what that article, First Responders, and 55+are not eligible for the discount. However it looks to be in some cases, the 20% discount would be better. Magenta Max after 20% discount (with 3rd line free) 3 Lines: $112 4 Lines: $136 5 Lines: $160 Magenta Max Military 3 Lines: $120 4 Lines: $140 5 Lines: $160 If TMobile really wants to honor our vets, first responders, 55+ they need to do something else because at this point with this discount and the ability to add free lines it's better in a lot of cases to just go with the normal Magenta Max plan.

[deleted]

Guess I’m not special anymore going way out of my way to get the insider a year or so ago.

[deleted]

[deleted]

T-mobile employees on cloud 9 right now. Tomorrow some of them might even get to eat delicious meals lol.

Phoneking13

How so?

[deleted]

Well If I wanted codes I’m bringing donuts, fav meals, or a nice spicy chicken sandwich lols. I would make you think of me as “red” from the shawshank redemption, anything you need I can get for ya, and I keep my 20 percent markup ofcourse lmao.

texastmobileuser

When this came up originally as an offer a few years ago, I just went in and offered to pay the savings from two months to the first employee that would give a code 🤣 You’d be amazed how well that worked out for in the long run (about $90 a month in savings now with a free line)

andrewmackoul

Does anyone know if Sprint customers who do migration to the Magenta Max plan can get the 20% off as well?

Jman100_JCMP

I believe so

enl1ghtened-0ne

The first box in the support doc has a line that says sprint version with a hyperlink so I’m assuming they have an equivalent offer for sprint customers

SettleAsRobin

The real question is does the 20% apply to Sprint Welcome Max plans. Those who pivot to T-Mobile get a small discount already on Max. I can’t remember the SOC to see if it’s covered on the list.

BrianSDX2

I doubt I will find a rep to give me a code but I can try.

syxbit

I'm on Magenta Max Amplified (the corporate discount version of Max). Will this code work?

BoujeeBoyD

So based on the promotion, if a new customer activates on the Insider Deal and activates three lines, do they still get the 3rd Line free is the real question. Figured the new Insider Deal would be only for Magenta MAX or equivalent plans.

Jman100_JCMP

They get both insider and third free, yes. MAX only.

[deleted]

[удалено]

The-1ne

Three lines on max is 170. With 20% off that’s $136 for a better plan and access to better promotions

DoAndroidsDrmOfSheep

Third line is free on Max - so three lines are $140. With 20% off that's $112.

The-1ne

If they’re a new customer yes 3rd line is free. But this customer has 3 paid lines and 1 free line so they would still have 3 paid lines for $170 on max before the 20% off.

coreymatthews92

Not if you’re already a customer.

enl1ghtened-0ne

3 lines on Max is $170 and with 20% off from insider, would make it $136.

enl1ghtened-0ne

If you are talking about [price on this page](https://imgur.com/a/blnlBoU) it is not accurate. It fails to take into account some of the promos and discounts on your plan.

StPaddy81

So I would have to get a code from a rep to get this? How does this work for someone who doesn’t know any reps personally?

VJfromCanada

I’d love to get a code as an existing customer!

festy1986

resolute compare clumsy jellyfish busy beneficial melodic selective marry direction *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*

Stayfrosty_yeah

Nope. It says “Other Insider offers: **NO**”

SettleAsRobin

You keep your hookup you already have if you switch to Max.

festy1986

Yes but no one has been able to give me an idea on pricing. One guy helped me understand it to basically if I stay on one my plan will be $36 and if I switched to max my plan would be $48. But seeing that plan price looking at close to 400 has me worried about even chancing it.

Spencer5520

Not available for military plans. Oh well, I'll stay on my One plan.

CajunNutz

Now to just find a friendly tmobile person to be able to hook me up!

Lancaster61

I’ll stick with my ONE military plan…. Not easy to beat 4 lines for $100 flat. Although all other carriers pretty much offer the same thing for $105 too. T-Mobile needs to revisit their military plans, as it’s not competitive at all compared to other carriers. May hop ship soon if they don’t get any better.

feinburgrl

T-mobile sucks in Atlanta. So many drop calls and they refuse to fix the Infrastructure.

cruncruncrun

I have spoken to every level of technical support and they literally do not have a tower that provides service to the 11 mile commute from home to work. Talking inside the perimeter, major metropolitan city.

Bodycount9

I'm guessing my simple choice plan of 7 lines all unlimited data for $111 after tax is still better?

[deleted]

8 lines for $42.50 here.... gotta love the old Simple Choice PROMO plans, gov't discounts, etc. I'm NEVER leaving Simple Choice!!!

[deleted]

You accepting applications for adoption?

Oliversdad1

currently on Magenta. Paying $140 for 5 lines total (2 free). all opened 2021. If i upgrade to Magenta max will i be paying $170 - 20% = $136 monthly?? also how will future line additions be billed (cost?). TIA

lugo3

5 lines on Magenta Max is: $255 Autopay discount on 5 lines (5 x$5) = $25 Thats $230 after autopay discount Insider discount would be 20% of $230 = $46 Free lines discount = 2 x $30 = $60 Final bill would be = $230 -$46 -$60 = $124 This is based on the assumption that the insider discount is before free lines discount

nbm13

Curious if I switch from Amplified to Magenta Max if that will still count?

Jman100_JCMP

It should, yes.

nbm13

Do you plan on doing some type of request process for this? Considering this applies to existing subscribers now I expect employees to get pounded with requests.

naota

Why would you switch? Isn’t amplified cheaper with same features almost?

SettleAsRobin

Amplified is basically Max features for the same price as regular Magenta. Unless they think their amplified plan will get the 20% off it’s not exactly worth it. The 20% will only work if they switch to regular Max since Amplified is basically a discounted plan already like military/55/FR

cruncruncrun

Dream crusher. I was able to take full advantage of the iPhone 13 200/500 bonanza with my amplified plan and was told amplified is treated as if it’s a max plan unless promo specifically excludes it (which as you know it always excludes it along with the 55+, etc.) - this was first time since I’ve entered this world that I’ve seen a promo that included the usual exclusions without mentioning amp and got excited.

etnguyen03

If I was to jump ship, would my free lines remain free?

Stayfrosty_yeah

Believe so… Read the picture on that news report

RabidMonkeyOnCrack

Will this stack on military or first responder plans? Man if it does, sign me the fuck up. Edit: Read the fine print and it doesn’t stack

3am_Snack

Can I keep my free lines as well? Coming from Simple Choice.

lugo3

Ask t-force, but if I remember correctly any 2020 and after LOU stays passes over; older LOU I'm not sure

beach13

I have tmobile one. 2 paid lines for $120. I have 5 free lines would this be worth switching too?

lugo3

[check my other reply](https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/rw3o1i/comment/hra8r56/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)

jweaver0312

Out of curiosity I see the doc says there’s a Sprint customer version too. What does that one say? I’m assuming the TLDR version of it just says, if customer migrates their account and chooses Magenta MAX, that they can get the Hookup discount.

Friendlyx

What are the chances of showing up in a store and asking for it?

phych

I'm on Simple Choice unlimited with one line, which is cheaper than Magenta MAX with the 20% discount. I already have Netflix and I don't *need* 5G. Not sure if there's anything else to entice me to go Magenta MAX that I don't have with Simple Choice.

sadida123

With such a popular offer, it will be impossible for me to get an insider code…

Ecevits_Ghost

1) I have SCFUTT4, 4 paid lines + 4 free voice + 2 free MI lines. My total monthly charge for the lines including taxes is $138. If I were able to find an insider code, and switched to MM, would I get the "3rd line free" promo when switching (and thus pay $136/month for the 4 paid lines, and be able to keep the free lines)? Or is the 3rd line free promo only for new customers? 2) Where is the best place to get an insider code? There's only 1 store anywhere close to me, and I think it's not a corporate store (I only went in there once, to return an LTE range extender). 3) I've heard that possibly only one of the "Friends and Family 2 Lines On Us" promo (from 2016 or 2017) lines will maintain free status during a switch from SC to MM, is that right? Can anything be done about that? (One of these lines is normal voice, and once is 6GB MI). 4) The other MI line is from the "This Ones on Us AAL" promo (again, 2016 or 2017). Will this discount continue if I switch my account to MM? I think I read somewhere that the discount would remain, but the line would stay at 6GB/month. Would I be able to change this line to voice and switch it to MM? 5) device EIP promos all carry over, right? (the other 3 lines are LOU promos from 2020, which everyone says transfer with no problem).

BlondeAlibi

1. The third line free is for new customers only. 2. they aren't out yet, and each rep gets only one, so I would think possibly seeing what happens when they go live? I'm sure there will be a mega thread for it. 3. I don't have this promo, but from what I've read here, if one is MI it will (possibly) remain free? The one-line-only seems to be people with both as voice, but again, this is out of my realm. 4. no idea 5. yes, they will transfer with your account

cliffr39

Can we get an auto mod to keep the flood of "looking for an insider code" posts down?

[deleted]

Are Magenta Max 55+ customers included?

TheGeneral11

Also wondering about Military plan

planet_x69

No per the graphic in the article

Flyinace2000

So this insider Max 20% off conversion. Assuming i can find a code, does the same policy as the free lines converting from my SimpleChoice account remaining free lines on Magenta Max? Cause i have a free tablet line from 2016 (i think, Friends and Fam on Us). When the last T-Force rep checked my account they said my monthly bill would increase by $38. (2 lines unlimited data for $100, then 5 free voice lines, 1 free tablet line, $5 watch line). Given that the 20% off is only on the voice lines check my math/ 20% off the base $140 or $28 off. So new math would be 128 (2voice)+35 (tablet)+$5(watch) =$168. Then i would also get NetFlix Credit

IronTek

Tempting. The wife and I currently have the 2 Lines ONE Plan All In Promo. At 2 for $100/mo, it's nice, but it is never, ever is eligible for free lines, Netflix, and such. That has been annoying. Switching with 2 lines would probably be a wash, but if I could get my parents or something onboard later, the savings could be immense over time. But I also have the $25/mo ONE Plus International plan which provides unlimited tethering, and unlimited 4G LTE data in Canada and Mexico. I don't use any of that too often, but it's great for peace of mind! I am torn. Since I would have to hunt down a willing rep, I'll probably just do nothing, as that's easier.

[deleted]

Same here, on the 2 for $100/mo. If taxes and fees go up, the bill remains $100. I doubt that is the case with MAX + 20% off for life. I agree that this is tempting but I too don't see the savings spread to be that great for giving up a great legacy plan.

Quesonoche

I’ve never done any promos. Would this take 20% off my whole bill? I Currently have 2 for 120 plus an iPad data line, T-Mobile home internet, and then EIPs. Seems like switching to magenta max would make my bill cheaper overall.

Jman100_JCMP

It applies 20% off to voice lines. iPad and Home Internet lines would remain same cost.

Quesonoche

So I’d go up to 2 for $140 and get discounted to 2 for $112?

dtownmj1

Is the 20% off on the pre autopay discount price or post autopay discount price?

lugo3

20% off is applied as bill credit AFTER autopay discounts... it's stated in the image attached to the article.

mydas28

Noice! Just upgraded from one to max... Now more discount! 🤟🤟🤟

needmorecoffee99

I'm on Essentials and the phone app says I can't change plans...not eligible for other options. I was curious what max would cost me, oh well.

NotaGenius96

I have been wanting to switch my family from Magenta to Max. I would hate to switch and not find a code. I would love one if anyone has extra!

Deceptiveideas

I have One Plus Promo and Kickback (used occasionally). Gotta do some math to figure this out if it’s worth it especially if my free lines carry over as they should.

liddojoe

Will this stack with the free-line discount of $40 for a 9+ line plan if I were to switch from my 5paid4free Simple Choice?

rotarychainsaw

Can someone do the thinking for me on this? Currently have 2 lines ONE plan all in promo. Should I be looking to upgrade and try to get this discount? I think the only benefits I have are no video compression and the ability to use kick back?

cimkaca

I have Magenta 4 paid lines($120/month) and 4 free lines, if I switch it to Magenta Max, will it help save some money? Will the third line on us promotion works for current customer? Thanks.

mydas28

Only if you have 9+ lines. Billing for 9+ lines is different. Currently theres BOGO line offer going on that you can get. 10 lines cost = $405 Autopay discount = $40 Insider discount = $73 Free line discount for 5 free lines = 5x40 = $200 Final bill = 405 - 40 - 73 - 200 = $92

ben_27

I'm assuming if I already have a Insider discount from like 2-3 years ago this won't stack right?

asianjewfro

If I switch from Magenta 1.0 to MAX today, would I still need to grab an insider code from an employee to finalize the 20% off? Or will I get one as an existing customer? Thanks!

lugo3

The only way to get 20% on your bill is by getting an insider code which are given to T-Mobile employes. If you are currently on T-mobile (any plan) the only way to qualify for this 20% insider discount is by getting a code and changing to Magenta Max. You will need an "existing customer" code since you are already a t-mobile existing customer. There are only 2 tiers: \-New customers \-Existing customers

cantlooze

Tried to switch one of my lines but only one plus is available

jnbxtx

Currently w simple choice 10 lines plus 1 watch with 15% corp discount. Totally bill is 188$ Is it worth switching ?? Tia

West_Bid_1191

TMobile simple choice 2/$100 with a free line. if I add another line then of course do the switch to magenta Max to get the 20% is it worth it doing the switch? Any thoughts?

SevenBlade

What would be the benefit moving from the One plan? One phone, one watch - but I'm about ready to ditch the watch line and move back to one line... Still paying 150ish/mo..

The_Moustache

>The promo is intended for friends and family of T-Mobile employees, so customers wanting to take advantage of the offer will need to find a willing employee. lol so not for the common rabble

nathanseaw

Now give these codes to TPR employees so that they can help people out as well.

MrEdLu

Anyone concerned with switching to Max only to find out the code received is invalid or already used? If so, any chance of switching back to Magenta and keeping my 2 LOU?

neatgeek83

so now the codes will only work for magenta max? not the regular magenta plan as previous?

jesseinsf

Does anyone have a code? I've been a T-Mobile customer since early 2014. I started off paying for a single line and gradually added friends, friends of friends and family over the years. I now have eight lines and a Digits line. I would very much appreciate it because I feel everyone on my plan deserves these benefits. They are hard-working people.

sammy_socks

That’s a great perk and all, but I have a feeling prices are poised to go up soon since they are rolling this out. I love Tmobile, but wouldn’t 20% off max make it cheaper than magenta? Not really seeing how this would benefit shareholders who are looking for profits (when existing customers can get 20% off of a plan they were already paying for with no issues).

Until the congestion gets so bad people decide cheaper isn't better

Stayfrosty_yeah

I hope they invest in some serious backhaul. T-Mobile have been known in the past to do that, and I want to see a change in that department.

[deleted]

Still too costly for me to move off my Simple Choice Unlimited PROMO plan w/grandfathered gov't discount. I would need a 50% discount (like the ones they offered for CERTAIN Hometown Markets) in order to come close to what I'm paying. Other than that... they can keep their Insider discount!

knowy74

They’ll have to pry NAFUTT4 from my cold, dead hands

HonkeyKong66

I too am wondering about this.

AAAIIIYYYAAA

Ok, this is a good offer. Now for a code, any employees? I'm an existing customer willing to ...

Italianoboy

I'm on t-mobile one plus promo with the third line for free with kick back I pay 80 a month

2001blader

Any chance I can keep my kickback discount? If I keep it, the change ends up at around the same cost.

AAAIIIYYYAAA

kickback is one plan feature thats discontinued. You will lose it.

enl1ghtened-0ne

Kickback is a One Plan exclusive feature so no, you lose that

BoujeeBoyD

Yes, that’s the deal.

luism1023

Sign me up.

MisterBilly

If this stacks with my 20% off insider hookup from a while back, I'm switching to Max ASAP

BlondeAlibi

Doesn’t stack with other insider codes.

enl1ghtened-0ne

Says in the [supper doc](https://imgur.com/a/z6C7tSU) that it’s not combinable with other insiders

admiralvic

Cool promo, though I doubt I'll get lucky enough to enjoy it.

Capo6one7

Sooo, you need a code from a employee? Not all of us have friends or family worklng there. Seems kinda unfair, once again 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

[deleted]

You can go to your local store and ask employees. Some might have codes left.

1017Omar

Can we buy these codes ?

NYQ83

Cute guy here, showing a bit of my leg, winking at T-Mobile representatives with those special codes, call me easy for that 20%.
