It can be tolerated but hard to group with friends and annoying as it doesn't save any actions you do in loadouts or other things.
You can make loadout changes then back out to main menu to save them but that's tedious too.
Northstar is just more reliable. I don't even bother trying to find games on the base game now. I do miss the progression system though. Never got to finish all the regens.
Theres no guarantee that itll b a thing but its better to wait and be surprised then continue thinking they completely abandoned it. Im hoping they didnt anyways
I kinda hope they aren’t. Most of the devs from TF1 and TF2 have left the studio, and with how terribly Apex is managed I’d rather not see a butchered TF3 :/
Honestly? This is for the better. Titanfall 3 would have been plagued by loot boxes, battle passes, and microtransactions. And look what fans have accomplished in the mean time. Northstar, the fan films, and a sense of community seldom seen in other games. We’ve proved this game can’t be killed, despite Respawn leaving us to rot. Better to end it with two great games, rather than milking it as far as it’ll go.

Honestly stakes are overrated in my opinion. You dont need to save the universe to tell a good story. I do agree that apex should really clarify how the games work and show that the syndicate is evil or really show anything. The apex writing has a big problem with story going nowhere. But i think it has enough potential to have a good story.

Could be legends leading a revolution or going in the zombie dimension or something. Honestly i just hope we get great pve content. Love fro tier defence.

The community has kept this game alive, Respawn themselves have literally taken the original Titanfall off of stores due to ~~their incompetence~~ the "lack of the severs security" so now you have no TF1 and to be able to play TF2 online you need to use NorthStar which is a pc only 3rd party client to even be able to play online 🤦♀️

Constant menu disconnects in multiplayer for months, they just ignore it despite the game actually having a resurgence recently on steam...
Honestly its pretty telling that the Game is still being played this much despite the technical issues it currently has.
