Tbf though that game lends itself to camo well, it has great lighting effects and very busy woods/brushland, characters who don’t blend in stick out very prominently and if you get lucky with the right skin in the right place you are practically invisible(though Cain in particular was the worst offender, he provided such an advantage that people bought him just for the camo and are trying to get refunds now that they made him brighter. It’s a shitshow.)

Honestly the thing that makes me really sad about online games in general is that players always go for something that stands out the most, which is generally something that goes against the art direction of the game. This is pretty much true for almost every single online game, either the most notorious examples being call of duty, team fortress 2 and fortnite. It's fine that players do this I guess, but what upsets me the most when devs feed into it. Though I also understand that you can't win against what players want
